Abstract
血液,尿などの生体サンプルの定性・定量分析を行う自動分析装置、特に試料分注装置を備えた分析装置を、試料を搬送する搬送ラインを介して接続したモジュール方式自動分析装置において、液面検知の誤動作による障害を解決する。
【解決手段】
試料を分注する分注機構を備えた分析装置が、試料を搬送する搬送ラインを介して接続された自動分析装置において、前記分析装置の前記分注機構が試料を分注する際に得た、試料の量に関する情報を他の分析装置に伝達する伝達機構を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。

Claims (8)
- 試料を分注する分注機構を備えた分析装置が、試料を搬送する搬送ラインを介して接続された自動分析装置において、
前記分析装置の前記分注機構が試料を分注する際に得た、試料の量に関する情報を他の分析装置に伝達する伝達機構を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記試料の量に関する情報は、試料容器の試料の液面の高さの情報であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記分注機構は液面検知手段を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項3記載の自動分析装置において、
前記液面検知手段は静電容量方式の液面検知機構であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項3記載の自動分析装置において、
一部の分析装置の液面検知方式が他の分析装置の液面検知方式と異なる方式を採用したことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項5記載の自動分析装置において、
最初に試料分注プローブが試料容器内に挿入される分析装置の液面検知方式が電気導通方式を用いていることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項5記載の自動分析装置において、
最初に試料分注プローブが試料容器に挿入される分析装置の液面検知方式が試料分注プローブ内の圧力変化方式を用いていることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
最初に分注するために試料分注プローブが試料容器に挿入される以前に、別の液面検知機構を使って液面検知を行って得た情報を複数の分析ユニット間で共有情報として使用することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
