Abstract
【解決手段】ターボ機械の流れ区域(22)が緊密に従うことが意図される外表面(19)を有するターボ機械吸気コーン(20)と、回転軸(2)まわりにファンディスク(4)と一体となって回転し且つ複数のウェイト固定孔(24)が装備された環状のバランス調整フランジ(34)とを備え、ファンはまた、上記環状のバランス調整フランジに固定的に取り付けられた1つ以上のバランスウェイト(26)を備える航空機ターボ機械ファン(1)に関する。さらに、環状のバランス調整フランジ(34)は、そのウェイト固定孔(24)が流れ区域(22)から離隔されるように吸気コーン(20)の内部に配置されている。本発明によれば、フランジ(34)は、ファンブレード保持リング(16)と単一品として形成されている。

Claims (6)
- ターボ機械の流れ区域が緊密に従うことが意図される外表面を有するターボ機械吸気コーンと、ファンの回転軸まわりに回転するようにディスクに取り付けられたファンディスク及びファンブレードとを備え、前記ファンが、前記回転軸まわりにファンディスクと一体となって回転し且つ円周方向に離隔された複数のウェイト固定孔が装備された環状のバランス調整フランジを備え、前記ファンは、1つ又はいくつかの前記ウェイト固定孔を用いて前記環状のバランス調整フランジに固定的に取り付けられた1つ以上のバランスウェイトをさらに備え、前記環状のバランス調整フランジが、そのウェイト固定孔がターボ機械の前記流れ区域から離隔されるように前記吸気コーンの内部に配置されており、
ファンが、前記ファンディスクに対して軸方向にこれらのブレードを保持するファンブレード保持リングをさらに備え、前記保持リング及び前記環状のバランス調整フランジが、単一品として形成されている、航空機ターボ機械ファン。 - 動作の間、少なくとも1つの前記ウェイト固定孔が、空いたままとされる、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 前記環状のバランス調整フランジが、前記ファンディスクに固定的に取り付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載のファン。
- 前記吸気コーンが、前記ファンブレードまで下流方向に延在している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のファン。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のファンを備える、航空機ターボ機械。
- ターボジェットエンジンである、請求項5に記載の航空機ターボ機械。
