Abstract
【解決手段】複数の繊維フィラメント1を収束した経糸2と緯糸3とを織成して成る織物4を開繊する織物の開繊方法であって、前記織物4の表面に保護フィルム5を介して当接体6を設け、この当接体6を前記織物4に対して前記経糸2若しくは緯糸3の長手方向斜めに相対移動させることで該経糸2若しくは緯糸3を開繊する。

Claims (14)
- 複数の繊維フィラメントを収束した経糸と緯糸とを織成して成る織物を開繊する織物の開繊方法であって、前記織物の表面に保護フィルムを介して当接体を設け、この当接体を前記織物に対して前記経糸若しくは緯糸の長手方向斜めに相対移動させることで該経糸若しくは緯糸を開繊することを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 複数の繊維フィラメントを収束した経糸と緯糸とを織成して成る織物を開繊する織物の開繊方法であって、前記織物の表面に保護フィルムを介して当接体を設け、この当接体を回転させながら前記織物に対して相対移動させることで該経糸若しくは緯糸を開繊することを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項2記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記回転は偏心回転であることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記当接体を前記織物に対して移動させることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記織物は搬送されているものであることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記当接体は振動せしめられていることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記当接体にして前記保護フィルムを介して前記織物の表面に当接する当接部には、凸湾曲条が環状に設けられた突起が設けられていることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記当接体にして前記保護フィルムを介して前記織物の表面に当接する当接部には、多数の棒状体が設けられていることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項1〜8いずれか1項に記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記繊維フィラメントは無機繊維フィラメントであることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項9記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記無機繊維フィラメントは炭素繊維フィラメントであることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項1〜8いずれか1項に記載の織物の開繊方法において、前記繊維フィラメントは有機繊維フィラメントであることを特徴とする織物の開繊方法。
- 請求項1〜11いずれか1項に記載の織物の開繊方法により開繊されたことを特徴とする織物。
- 請求項12記載の織物において、カバーファクターが96%以上であることを特徴とする織物。
- 請求項12,13いずれか1項に記載の織物を基材とし、この基材に樹脂を含浸させて成ることを特徴とする複合材料。
