Abstract

Description
本開示は、組織を処理するための電気外科用システムに関する。このシステムは、電気外科用発電機、プリント回路板、発電機接地および患者接地を含む。このプリント回路板は、上記電気外科用発電機との機械的協同に配置され、そして複数の伝導性層を含む。上記発電機接地は、第1の部分および第2の部分を含む。この第1の部分は、上記プリント回路板の伝導性層に電気機械的に接続され、そして上記第2の部分は、上記プリント回路板の別の伝導性層に電気機械的に接続される。上記患者接地は、上記発電機接地の第1の部分と上記発電機接地の第2の部分との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入されている部分を含む。
(項目1)組織を処理するための電気外科用システムであって:
電気外科用発電機;
該電気外科用発電機との電気機械的協同に配置されるプリント回路板であって、複数の伝導層を含むプリント回路板;
第1の部分および第2の部分を含む発電機接地であって、該発電機接地の第1の部分は該プリント回路基板の伝導性層に電気機械的に接続され、そして該発電機接地の第2の部分は該プリント回路基板の別の伝導層に電気機械的に接続される発電機接地;および
該発電機接地の第1の部分と該発電機接地の第2の部分との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入される部分を含む患者接地、を備えるシステム。
(項目2)上記プリント回路板が、上記患者接地を含むプリント回路板の伝導性層と、上記発電機接地の部分を含むプリント回路板の伝導性層との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入される誘電層を含む、項目1に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目3)上記プリント回路板が、上記発電機接地の第1の部分と上記患者接地との間に挿入された第1の誘電層、および上記発電機接地の第2の部分と該患者接地との間に挿入された第2の誘電層を含む、項目1または2のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目4)上記発電機接地が所定の波長を有する周波数を含み、そして上記患者接地が所定の波長を有する周波数を含み、そしてここで、上記プリント回路板の少なくとも2つの隣り合う伝導性層が、該発電機接地および該患者接地のうちの少なくとも1つの1波長の約1/4だけ互いに重複する、項目1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目5)上記プリント回路板の少なくとも2つの隣り合う伝導性層が、約4インチ互いに重複する、項目1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目6)上記プリント回路板が、その表面との機械的協同に配置される微小細片を含む、項目1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目7)上記電気外科用発電機が、約500MHzより大きい周波数を有するエネルギーを供給するような形態である、項目1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目8)上記患者接地が、マイクロ波切除デバイス、患者パッドおよび電気外科用切除デバイスのうちの少なくとも1つに電気機械的に接続される、項目1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目9)上記プリント回路板が、少なくとも部分的にそれを通って配置される複数のバイアを含む、項目1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目10)上記複数のバイアの隣り合うバイア間の間隔が、約15゜未満である、項目9に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目11)エネルギーを送達するような形態の能動ラインであって、該能動ラインの少なくとも一部分が、上記プリント回路板との電気機械的協同に配置される、能動ラインを含むマイクロ波切除デバイスをさらに含む、項目1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目12)上記能動ラインが、約50Ωのインピーダンスを有する伝達ラインである、項目11に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目13)上記能動ラインとの機械的協同に配置される第1のキャパシターおよび第2のキャパシターをさらに含み、該第1のキャパシターおよび第2のキャパシターが該能動ラインを隔離するような形態である、項目11または12に記載の電気外科用システム。
(項目14)マイクロ波発電機との使用のためのプリント回路板であって:
発電機接地の第1の部分との電気機械的係合のための形態である第1の伝導性層;
患者接地の部分との電気機械的係合のための形態である第2の伝導性層;
該発電機接地の第2の部分との電気機械的係合のための形態である第3の伝導性層;
該第1の伝導性層と該第2の伝導性層との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入された第1の誘電層;
該第2の伝導性層と該第3の伝導性層との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入された第2の誘電層;および
その表面との機械的協同に配置される微小細片、を備える、プリント回路板。
(項目15)上記発電機接地が所定波長を有する周波数を含み、そして上記患者接地が所定波長を有する周波数を含み、そしてここで、上記プリント回路板の少なくとも2つの隣り合う伝導性層が、該発電機接地および該患者接地のうちの少なくとも1つの1波長の約1/4だけ互いに重複する、項目14に記載のプリント回路板。
(項目16)少なくとも部分的にそれを通って配置される複数のバイアをさらに含む、項目14、15または16のいずれか1項に記載のプリント回路板。
(項目17)上記複数のバイアの隣り合うバイア間の間隔が、約15゜未満である、項目16に記載のプリント回路板。
(項目18)マイクロ波切除デバイスにエネルギーを伝達する形態の能動ラインをさらに含む、項目14、15、16または17のいずれか1項に記載のプリント回路板。

Claims (18)
- 組織を処理するための電気外科用システムであって:
電気外科用発電機;
該電気外科用発電機との電気機械的協同に配置されるプリント回路板であって、複数の伝導層を含むプリント回路板;
第1の部分および第2の部分を含む発電機接地であって、該発電機接地の第1の部分は該プリント回路基板の伝導性層に電気機械的に接続され、そして該発電機接地の第2の部分は該プリント回路基板の別の伝導層に電気機械的に接続される発電機接地;および
該発電機接地の第1の部分と該発電機接地の第2の部分との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入される部分を含む患者接地、を備えるシステム。 - 前記プリント回路板が、前記患者接地を含むプリント回路板の伝導性層と、前記発電機接地の部分を含むプリント回路板の伝導性層との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入される誘電層を含む、請求項1に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記プリント回路板が、前記発電機接地の第1の部分と前記患者接地との間に挿入された第1の誘電層、および前記発電機接地の第2の部分と該患者接地との間に挿入された第2の誘電層を含む、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記発電機接地が所定の波長を有する周波数を含み、そして前記患者接地が所定の波長を有する周波数を含み、そしてここで、前記プリント回路板の少なくとも2つの隣り合う伝導性層が、該発電機接地および該患者接地のうちの少なくとも1つの1波長の約1/4だけ互いに重複する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記プリント回路板の少なくとも2つの隣り合う伝導性層が、約4インチ互いに重複する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記プリント回路板が、その表面との機械的協同に配置される微小細片を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記電気外科用発電機が、約500MHzより大きい周波数を有するエネルギーを供給するような形態である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記患者接地が、マイクロ波切除デバイス、患者パッドおよび電気外科用切除デバイスのうちの少なくとも1つに電気機械的に接続される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記プリント回路板が、少なくとも部分的にそれを通って配置される複数のバイアを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記複数のバイアの隣り合うバイア間の間隔が、約15゜未満である、請求項9に記載の電気外科用システム。
- エネルギーを送達するような形態の能動ラインであって、該能動ラインの少なくとも一部分が、前記プリント回路板との電気機械的協同に配置される、能動ラインを含むマイクロ波切除デバイスをさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記能動ラインが、約50Ωのインピーダンスを有する伝達ラインである、請求項11に記載の電気外科用システム。
- 前記能動ラインとの機械的協同に配置される第1のキャパシターおよび第2のキャパシターをさらに含み、該第1のキャパシターおよび第2のキャパシターが該能動ラインを隔離するような形態である、請求項11または12に記載の電気外科用システム。
- マイクロ波発電機との使用のためのプリント回路板であって:
発電機接地の第1の部分との電気機械的係合のための形態である第1の伝導性層;
患者接地の部分との電気機械的係合のための形態である第2の伝導性層;
該発電機接地の第2の部分との電気機械的係合のための形態である第3の伝導性層;
該第1の伝導性層と該第2の伝導性層との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入された第1の誘電層;
該第2の伝導性層と該第3の伝導性層との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入された第2の誘電層;および
その表面との機械的協同に配置される微小細片、を備える、プリント回路板。 - 前記発電機接地が所定波長を有する周波数を含み、そして前記患者接地が所定波長を有する周波数を含み、そしてここで、前記プリント回路板の少なくとも2つの隣り合う伝導性層が、該発電機接地および該患者接地のうちの少なくとも1つの1波長の約1/4だけ互いに重複する、請求項14に記載のプリント回路板。
- 少なくとも部分的にそれを通って配置される複数のバイアをさらに含む、請求項14、15または16のいずれか1項に記載のプリント回路板。
