Abstract
【解決手段】該パイプ2の一方の端部4が該製品3の管状端部5と重なって接合され、該連接部1の領域において該端部4及び5がそれぞれ内部寸法6又は外部寸法7を有し、該連接部1の領域における内部端部4と5の最大外部寸法7が、該領域内の外部端部5と4の最小内部寸法6よりも大きいことに起因して該端部4と5の間に接触圧が発生し、該接触圧によってレーザー溶接中の相互熱接触が改善されるレーザー溶接法であって、該パイプ2と該製品3との接合端部4が主成分としてポリアミドを含有すると共にマンドレルを使用せずに固定され、溶接に使用されるレーザービームが固定されたパイプ連接部の周囲へ案内されることによって特徴づけられる該レーザー溶接法。

Description
1)レーザーの透過性ラインと吸収性コネクター(標準的製品は黒色である)を使用することにより、密着性とコネクターの引張力は著しく改良される。また、燃料貯蔵後の著しい改良効果も達成される。
2)従来から知られているレーザー溶接法(特許文献4参照)とは対照的に、付加的なスリーブ、即ち、付加的なアダプターは不要である。
3)コネクター上のレリーフ構造を用いることによって、溶接されるべき2つの成形品間の熱的接触度が強化され、溶接継目及び/又はスポット溶接が改良される。

Claims (20)
- プラスチックパイプ(2)と別のプラスチック製品(3)との連接部(1)を調製するためのレーザー溶接法であって、プラスチックパイプ(2)の一方の端部(4)が別のプラスチック製品(3)の管状端部(5)と重なって接合され、該連接部(1)の領域においてプラスチックパイプの端部(4)及び別のプラスチック製品の端部(5)がそれぞれ内部寸法(6)又は外部寸法(7)を有し、該連接部(1)の領域における内部端部(4、5)の最大外部寸法(7)が、該領域内の外部端部(5、4)の最小内部寸法(6)よりも大きいことに起因して2つの端部(4、5)間に接触圧が発生し、該接触圧によってレーザー溶接中の相互熱接触が改善される該レーザー溶接法において、プラスチックパイプ(2)と別のプラスチック製品(3)との接合端部(4)が主成分としてポリアミドを含有すると共にマンドレルを使用せずに固定され、溶接に使用されるレーザービームが固定されたパイプ連接部の周囲へ案内されることによって特徴づけられる該レーザー溶接法。
- レーザービームが、光学素子を用いて、固定されたパイプの連接部の周囲へ案内される請求項1記載のレーザー溶接法。
- プラスチックパイプの端部(4)とプラスチック製品の端部(5)が回転対称な断面を有し、最小内部寸法(6)が内部直径であり、最大外部寸法(7)が外部直径である請求項1又は2記載のレーザー溶接法。
- プラスチックパイプの端部(4)がプラスチック製品の端部(5)の周囲上へ押し込まれる請求項1から3いずれかに記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 内部のプラスチック製品の端部(5)が、レーザー光に対して少なくとも大部分が不透過性である外部表面(8)を有し、プラスチックパイプの端部(4)の大部分が、少なくとも所望の連接部(1)の領域内においてレーザー光に対して透過性であり、プラスチック製品の端部(5)の照射された外部表面(8)及び該表面上へ押し付けられたプラスチックパイプの端部(4)の内部表面(9)が加熱されて融合されるまではプラスチックパイプの端部(4)へレーザー光が透過され、プラスチックパイプ(2)と別のプラスチック製品(3)との間の融合結合部(10)が照射点において形成される請求項4記載のレーザー溶接法。
- プラスチックパイプの端部(4)が、少なくとも所望の連接部(1)の領域内においてレーザー光に対して少なくとも大部分が不透過性である内部層(11)を含み、該連接部が、使用するレーザー光が照射時に該連結部を加熱してプラスチック成形品の端部(5)の非照射外部表面(8)と融合させるために適合した厚さを有し、プラスチックパイプ(2)と別のプラスチック製品(3)との間の融合結合部(10)が照射点において形成される請求項4記載のレーザー溶接法。
- プラスチックパイプ(2)が多層形態を有し、レーザー光に対して透過性を示さない内部層(11)を有し、レーザー光に対して透過性を示さない全ての層が、所望の連接部(1)の第1領域(15)内のプラスチックパイプの端部(4)から除去され、レーザー光に対して大部分が透過性を示すプラスチックパイプ(2)の層のみがプラスチック製品の端部(5)を押し付け、レーザー溶接時に該端部との間に融合結合部(10)を形成させる請求項5又は6記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 内部層(11)がESD層であり、該層が、連接部(1)の全範囲又は該連接部(1)の第2領域(16)にわたって別のプラスチック製品(3)へ電気的に接続される請求項6又は7記載のレーザー溶接法。
- プラスチックパイプの端部(4)がプラスチック製品の端部(5)の内部へ押し込まれる請求項1から3いずれかに記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 内部のプラスチック製品の端部(4)が、レーザー光に対して大部分が不透過性である少なくとも1つの外部表面(12)を有し、プラスチック製品の端部(5)の大部分が、少なくとも所望の連接部(1)の領域内においてレーザー光に対して透過性であり、プラスチックパイプの端部(4)の照射された外部表面(12)及び該表面上へ押し付けられたプラスチック製品の端部(5)の内部表面(13)が加熱されて融合されるまではプラスチック製品の端部(5)へレーザー光が透過され、プラスチックパイプ(2)と別のプラスチック製品(3)との間の融合結合部(10)が照射点において形成される請求項9記載のレーザー溶接法。
- プラスチック製品の端部(5)が、少なくとも1つのレリーフ構造(14)を有し、該レリーフ構造が内部寸法(6)を低減させるか、又は外部寸法(7)を増大させ、これに起因して2つの端部(4、5)が接合されたときに接触圧の増大がもたらされ、これによって、レーザー溶接中の相互熱接触が改良される請求項1から10いずれかに記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 複数の点状の融合接合部(10)及び/又は非周縁状の溶接継目が、2つの接合された端部(4、5)の円周に実質上沿って形成される請求項1から11いずれかに記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 少なくとも1つの周縁状の融合接合部(10)が、2つの接合された端部(4、5)の円周に実質上沿ってプラスチックパイプ(2)と別のプラスチック製品(3)との間に形成される請求項1から11いずれかに記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 複数の点状の融合接合部(10)及び/又は非周縁状の溶接継目又は少なくとも1つの周縁状の融合接合部が、別のプラスチック製品(3)のレリーフ構造(14)上に位置する請求項11記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 最大外部寸法(7)が最小内部寸法(6)よりも少なくとも1%、好ましくは5%、特に好ましくは10%大きい請求項1から14いずれかに記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 最大外部寸法(7)が最小内部寸法(6)よりも15〜70%、好ましくは約41%大きい請求項14又は15記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 点状融合接合部及び/又は非周縁状の溶接継目の他に、ゴム製シール(好ましくは、Oリング形態のゴム製シール)を、プラスチックパイプの端部(4)とプラスチック製品の端部(5)の重なり領域内に使用する請求項12記載のレーザー溶接法。
- プラスチックパイプ(2)と別のプラスチック製品(3)の接合端部(4)に用いるポリアミドが、脂肪族ポリアミド、脂環式ポリアミド及び部分芳香族ポリアミドから成る群から選択されるポリアミドである請求項1から17いずれかに記載のレーザー溶接法。
- プラスチックパイプ(2)と別のプラスチック製品(3)の接合端部(4)に用いるポリアミドが、脂肪族ポリアミドPA6、PA610、PA612、PA11及びPA12並びにポリフタルアミドから成る群から選択されるポリアミドである請求項18記載のレーザー溶接法。
- 請求項1から19いずれかに記載のレーザー溶接法を、自動車用燃料ラインのプラスチック製品(3)とプラスチックパイプ(2)を接続するために使用する方法。
