Abstract
【解決手段】レーザ光を吸収し且つレーザ光が照射されることで発光する吸収材2を樹脂板M1,M2の間に介在させる。吸収材2の発光強度が所定範囲内となるように吸収材2にレーザ光を照射する。そして、このレーザ光の吸収で吸収材2にて発生した熱により、樹脂板M1,M2を溶着して樹脂溶着体Pを製造する。ここで、樹脂板M1,M2の引張強さが吸収材2の発光強度の増加に随伴するように増加され、発光強度が所定範囲内となるときには十分な引張強さが確保される。

Description
図7に示す品名の色素をそれぞれ用意し、これらの色素のそれぞれにレーザ光を照射し、発光の有無を色素毎に観測した。照射するレーザ光の波長は808nmとし、発光の有無は、可視光に近い700nm〜800nmの波長の光が観測されるか否かで評価した。その結果、e−BIND以外の品名の色素において発光を観測することができた。
まず、ナフタロシアニン系の色素を有機溶媒メチルエチルケトンへ溶解し、色素の質量濃度(以下、「色素質量濃度」という)が0.25%、0.50%、1.00%の吸着材を作成した。次に、ポリカーボネートからなる第1及び第2の樹脂部材を複数用意し、第1の樹脂部材と第2の樹脂部材との間に吸着材を介在させたもの(以下、「樹脂体」という)を色素質量濃度毎に3種作成した。
Claims (4)
- 第1の樹脂部材と第2の樹脂部材とを溶着して樹脂溶着体を製造する樹脂溶着方法であって、
レーザ光を吸収し且つ前記レーザ光が照射されることで発光する吸収材を前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材との間に介在させ、
前記吸収材の発光強度が所定範囲内となるように前記吸収材に前記レーザ光を照射し、
前記レーザ光の吸収で前記吸収材にて発生した熱により、前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材とを溶着することを特徴とする樹脂溶着方法。 - 前記発光強度は、照射された前記レーザ光の波長よりも短い波長の光の光強度であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂溶着方法。
- 第1の樹脂部材と第2の樹脂部材とを溶着して樹脂溶着体を製造する樹脂溶着装置であって、
レーザ光を吸収し且つ前記レーザ光が照射されることで発光する吸収材を前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材との間に介在させた状態で、前記吸収材に前記レーザ光を照射するためのレーザ光照射手段と、
前記吸収材の発光強度を測定するための発光強度測定手段と、を備え、
前記発光強度測定手段は、前記レーザ光照射手段の発振波長よりも短い波長の光の光強度を測定し、
前記レーザ光照射手段は、前記発光強度測定手段で測定された前記発光強度が所定範囲内となるように、前記レーザ光を照射することを特徴とする樹脂溶着装置。 - 前記発光強度測定手段は、前記レーザ光照射手段の発振波長よりも短い波長の光を透過させる光学フィルタを有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の樹脂溶着装置。
