Abstract
【解決手段】水銀原子蛍光分析装置は、試料Sに紫外線11を照射する水銀ランプ10と、試料Sから発生する水銀の蛍光12を検出する検出器40と、水銀ランプ10からの紫外線11が入射する入射窓21を有する壁23、試料Sから発生する水銀の蛍光12を検出器40に出射する出射窓22を有する壁24、入射窓21と対向する壁25および出射窓22と対向する壁26によってセルを形成し、前記セルにガス状の試料Sが導入される導入口35およびガス状の試料Sが導出される導出口36を有するフローセル20であって、入射窓21と対向する壁25および出射窓22と対向する壁26が紫外線を吸収する紫外線吸収材27で覆われているフローセル20とを有する。

Claims (3)
- 試料に紫外線を照射する水銀ランプと、
試料から発生する水銀の蛍光を検出する検出器と、
前記水銀ランプからの紫外線が入射する入射窓を有する壁、試料から発生する水銀の蛍光を前記検出器に出射する出射窓を有する壁、前記入射窓と対向する壁および前記出射窓と対向する壁によってセルを形成し、前記セルにガス状の試料が導入される導入口およびガス状の試料が導出される導出口を有し、ガス状の試料を通過させるフローセルであって、前記入射窓および出射窓を除いて、少なくとも前記入射窓と対向する壁および前記出射窓と対向する壁が紫外線を吸収する紫外線吸収材または紫外線の反射を防止する紫外線反射防止材で覆われているフローセルと、
を有する水銀原子蛍光分析装置。 - 請求項1において、前記紫外線吸収材および/または前記紫外線反射防止材が膜で形成されている水銀原子蛍光分析装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記紫外線反射防止材がフッ化マグネシウムまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートシリコンで形成されている水銀原子蛍光分析装置。
