Claims (10)

前記気泡(220)は、前記ガス(226)が前記気泡ポート(206)を通って前記チャンバ(112)に入るときに、前記第1の領域(222)内の前記流体(104)中に形成されることを特徴とする印刷装置(100)に使用される流体リザーバ(111)。 - 前記ハウジング(200,500)は、前記ハウジング内を通るポート(302)をさらに有し、

前記チャンバ(112)内に配置され、前記ポート(302)を介して前記ガス(226)を受け取るように流体的に結合された取付物(204)を有する膨張式バッグ(114)と、
前記チャンバ(112)内に配置され、前記膨張式バッグ(114)と圧縮式に接触するように構成された弾性部材(116)とをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体リザーバ(111)。 - 前記気泡誘導機構(208)は、内壁面(228)上に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記内壁面(228)上に前記第1の領域(222)から前記第2の領域(224)に延在する2つのガイド(402a〜b)を有し、前記2つのガイド(402a〜b)はそれらの間に経路(404)を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体リザーバ(111)。
- 前記ガイド(402a〜b)は、膨張式バッグ(114)が封止された経路(404)の少なくとも一部を形成するように膨張するときに、前記弾性部材(116)と前記膨張式バッグ(114)と接触するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体リザーバ(111)。
- 前記気泡誘導機構(208)は、前記気泡ポート(206)を取り囲む基部(408)をさらに有し、前記基部(408)は、前記第1の領域(222)にあり且つ前記気泡(220)を前記ガイド(402)の方に導くように形成され、前記基部(408)は、前記流体(104)を気泡ポート(206)に導くように構成され、その中に形成される少なくとも1つの毛細管形状(410)を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体リザーバ(111)。
- 前記弾性部材(116)は、少なくとも1つの片持ビームばね(800)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体リザーバ(111)。
- 前記膨脹式バッグ(114)は、
第1の面(1002)と第2の面(1004)を有する少なくとも1枚の空気不浸透性プラスチック材料のシート(1000)であって、前記シートは折り目(608)を有し、前記第1の面の一部分が接合されて、前記折り目(608)と反対側に膨張式バッグ(114)の内部(1006)を画定する連続した合わせ目(604)を形成するシート(1000)と、
第1の端部(612a)と第2の端部(612b)の内部に前記折り目(608)に沿って位置決めされたにバッグ開口部(602)とを有し、
前記取付物(204)は、前記バッグ開口部(602)に取り付けられており、
対向する前記折り目(608)と合わせ目(604)は、膨張式バッグ(114)が空気で膨張したとき、前記第1と第2の端(612a、612b)が前記取付物(204)から外方に延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体リザーバ(111)。 - 前記弾性部材(116)は、第1の端部(818a)、第2の端部(818b)、中央部分(826)、内側面(814)および外側面(816)を有するビーム部分(820)と、複数の湾曲した脚部(812)とを有するばね(800)を備え、各脚部(812)は、弾力性を有するように形成され、前記内側面(814)から離れる方向に前記中央部分(826)から外方に延在し、遠位端(822)に対する近位端(824)を有し、各脚部分(812)の少なくとも一部分が、前記近位端と遠位端(824,822)の間で先が細くなっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体リザーバ(111)。
- 流体(104)が少なくとも部分的に充填されたチャンバ(112)を有する流体リザーバ(111)に使用される方法であって、
少なくとも1つの弾性部材(116)によって圧縮された状態のバッグ(114)を、前記弾性部材(116)の少なくとも一部分が気泡誘導機構(208)の少なくとも一部分と接触し、それにより前記チャンバ(112)内の経路(404)が密閉されるまで膨脹させることと、
前記チャンバ(112)の第1の領域(222)から前記チャンバ(112)の第2の領域(224)まで前記経路(404)を使用して少なくとも1つの気泡(220)を導くこととを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 流体(104)が少なくとも部分的に充填されたチャンバ(112)を有する流体リザーバ(111)に使用される方法であって、
少なくとも1つの弾性部材(116)によって圧縮された状態のバッグ(114)を、前記バッグ(114)の少なくとも一部分が気泡誘導機構(208)の少なくとも一部分と接触し、それにより前記チャンバ(112)内の経路(404)が密閉されるまで膨脹させることと、
前記チャンバ(112)の第1の領域(222)から前記チャンバ(112)の第2の領域(224)に前記経路(404)を使用して少なくとも1つの気泡(220)を導くこととを含むことを特徴とする方法。
