Claims (12)
- 多関節式アーム付き三次元測定器具であって、
関節軸の各々を中心とする回転角度を個別に測定するために、前記アームに内蔵される角度エンコーダを備える複数の関節軸を具備するものにおいて、
前記器具(1)のアーム(4;5)のうちの少なくとも一つが、二つのアームセグメントの間に挿入される中空管(4.11;5.11)を包含し、その一つ(4.13;5.13)が、前記アームの長手方向軸線(X3;X5)を中心とする回転角度を測定する角度エンコーダ(C3;C5)を収容し、前記中空管がその端部の各々で、当該の突合せ接合する端部の相互の締付けとは無関係に、精確で安定し繰返しが可能な前記アームの軸線上で芯合せを保証するために、前記隣接するアームセグメントの端部の突合せ接合形態と相補的なそれぞれの突合せ接合形態を有し、前記中空管と前記アームセグメントとの間の結合が、前記器具全体の再較正を必要とすることなく、前記中空管を長さの異なる別の中空管と現場で交換することが出来る着脱可能な締付け手段(10)によって、前記突合せ接合する端部に備えられることを特徴とする測定器具。 - 各々の中空管(4.11;5.11)が、一方の端部で第一タイプの突合せ接合形態を有し、その反対側の端部で前記第一タイプと相補的な第二タイプの突合せ接合形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記相補的な突合せ接合形態が、円形の接触リング(21.11;21.12)を備える雌フランジと雄フランジ(20.11;20.12)を有するタイプからなり、角度割出し手段(26.11;26.12)を包含することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の器具。
- 前記角度割出し手段が、一つのフランジによって支持される軸方向の指状部(26.12)と、その他のフランジに形成される軸方向の穴(26.11)とを包含することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の器具。
- 前記着脱可能な締付け手段が、前記突合せ接合される相補的なフランジ(20.11,20.12)を覆うことになる蝶番式カラー(10)によって構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1と3のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 各々の蝶番式カラー(10)が、前記突合せ接合される相補的なフランジ(20.11;20.12)の円錐形の外面(25.11;25.12)と接触するようになるために面している円錐形ファセット(18)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の器具。
- 前記雌フランジと雄フランジ(20.11;20.12)の各々が、蝶番式カラー(10)の直径にほぼ相当する外径の包囲用カップ(31.11;31.12)を装着することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の器具。
- 各々の中空管(4.11;5.11)が、結合した通信用母線(35.11)に接続される電子識別カード(33.11)を内部に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記雌フランジと雄フランジ(20.11;20.12)はまた、前記フランジが前記着脱可能な締付け手段(10)によって機械的に共に結合されている場合に、電気的結合を自動的に用意するための相補的な接続部材を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3から8のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記相補的な接続部材が、複数の対応する接点ブレード(29.11;19.12)を包含することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の器具。
- 各々のフランジ(20.11;20.12)が、五枚の接点ブレード(29.11;29.12)に限定されるアセンブリを備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 各々の接続アセンブリが、使用の際に中空管(4.11;5.11)のタイプを認識する信号を提供することを可能にする追加の接点ブレードを包含することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の器具。
