Claims (11)
- 第1のパターン化ロール、第1のニップロール、および第1のコーティングダイと、
第2のパターン化ロール、第2のニップロール、および第2のコーティングダイと、
前記第1および第2のロールが100マイクロメートル以内の連続位置合わせを維持するように、前記第1のパターン化ロールと前記第2のパターン化ロールとを回転させるように構成された駆動アセンブリと、を備え、
前記第1のコーティングダイがウェブ基板の第1の側に隣接配置されているとともに、前記ウェブ基板が前記第1のパターン化ロールと第1のニップロールとの間に配置され、前記第1のニップロールが前記ウェブ基板の第2の側に接触するとともに、前記第1のパターン化ロールが前記ウェブ基板の前記第1の側に接触しており、
前記第2のコーティングダイが前記ウェブ基板の第2の側に隣接配置されているとともに、前記ウェブ基板が前記第2のパターン化ロールと第2のニップロールとの間に配置され、前記第2のニップロールが前記第1の側に接触するとともに前記第2のパターン化ロールが前記第2の側に接触している、第1および第2の対向面を有するウェブを含む微細複製物品を形成するロールツーロール微細複製装置。 - 前記第1のパターン化ロールに隣接配置された第1の硬化源と、前記第2のパターン化ロールに隣接配置された第2の硬化源とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のロールツーロール微細複製装置。
- 前記第1のニップロールが前記第1のパターン化ロールに向けてまたは離れるように移動可能である、請求項1または2に記載のロールツーロール微細複製装置。
- 前記第2のニップロールが前記第2のパターン化ロールに向けてまたは離れるように移動可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のロールツーロール微細複製装置。
- 前記第2のニップロールが前記第2のコーティングダイの後であって前記第2の硬化源の前に配置される、請求項2に記載のロールツーロール微細複製装置。
- 前記第1のニップロールが前記第1のコーティングダイの後であって前記第1の硬化源の前に配置される、請求項2に記載のロールツーロール微細複製装置。
- 第1の側塗布ウェブを形成するために、第1の硬化性液体をウェブの第1の側に配置することと、
第1のニップロールと、第1のパターン化ロールであって、前記ウェブの前記第1の側の前記第1の硬化性液体内に第1の微細複製パターンを形成する第1のパターン化ロール、との間に前記第1の側塗布ウェブを通過させることと、
第1の硬化微細複製パターンを作製するために、前記第1の微細複製パターンを硬化させることと、
第2の側塗布ウェブを形成するために、第2の硬化性液体をウェブの第2の側に配置することと、
第2のニップロールと、第2のパターン化ロールであって、前記ウェブの前記第2の側の前記第2の硬化性液体内に第2の微細複製パターンを形成する第2のパターン化ロール、との間に前記第2の側塗布ウェブを通過させることと、
第1の硬化微細複製パターンを作製するために、前記第1の微細複製パターンを硬化させることと、を含み、
前記第1および第2の硬化微細複製パターンが100マイクロメートル以内に位置合わせされる、ロールツーロール微細複製装置上で第1および第2の対向面を有するウェブを含む微細複製物品を作製する方法。 - 前記第1および第2のパターンが10マイクロメートル以内に位置合わせされる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の側塗布ウェブを通過させるステップが、前記第1の側塗布ウェブを第1のニップロールと、第1のパターン化ロールとの間に通過させることを含み、前記第1のパターン化ロールが前記ウェブの前記第1の側の前記第1の硬化性液体内に第1の微細複製パターンを形成するとともに、前記第1のニップロールが前記第1の側塗布ウェブを前記第1のパターン化ロール上に押圧する、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の側塗布ウェブを通過させるステップが、前記第2の側塗布ウェブを第2のニップロールと第2のパターン化ロールとの間に通過させるステップを含み、前記第2のパターン化ロールが前記ウェブの前記第2の側の前記第2の硬化性液体内に第2の微細複製パターンを形成するとともに、前記第2のニップロールが前記第2の側塗布ウェブを前記第2のパターン化ロール上に押圧する、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の側塗布ウェブを通過させるステップが、前記第2の側塗布ウェブを第2のニップロールと第2のパターン化ロールとの間に通過させるステップを含み、前記第2のパターン化ロールが前記ウェブの前記第2の側の前記第2の硬化性液体内に第2の微細複製パターンを形成するとともに、前記第2のニップロールが前記第2の側塗布ウェブを前記第2のパターン化ロール上に押圧するステップが、前記第2の側塗布ウェブのランド厚さを制御する、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
