Claims (9)
- 液体作動のピストンシリンダユニット(37、73、74、75、78)によりギヤシフト要素(34、65、68、70)を作動し、前記ピストンシリンダユニット(37、73、74、75、78)の内の複数のピストンシリンダユニット(37、73、74、75)は前記ギヤシフトモジュール(24)に組み込まれる、自動車の自動変速機(20)用のギヤシフトモジュールであって、
前記ギヤシフトモジュール(24)が、前記複数のピストンシリンダユニット(37、73、74、75)のシリンダの部分と、カウンタシャフトブレーキのハウジング(82)の少なくとも一部及び/又は始動クラッチ(76)のメインクラッチ解除装置(83)の部分と、を形成するモジュールベースプレート(71)を有することを特徴とするギヤシフトモジュール。 - 前記モジュールベースプレート(71)が、メインクラッチ解除装置の支持体(83)の少なくとも一部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のギヤシフトモジュール。
- 前記ギヤシフトモジュール(24)及び前記始動クラッチ(76)が、前部ハウジング部(79)に取り付けられ、
前記自動変速機(20)の主変速機(22)が、前記前部ハウジング部分(79)に隣接する中央ハウジング部分(80)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1あるいは2に記載のギヤシフトモジュール。 - 前記ギヤシフトモジュール(24)が、モジュールカバー(72)を有し、前記モジュールベースプレート(71)、前記モジュールカバー(72)及び前記前部ハウジング部分(79)が前記複数のピストンシリンダユニット(37、73、74、75)のシリンダを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のギヤシフトモジュール。
- 前記ピストンシリンダユニット(37、73、74、75、78)が、対称の3つの位置シリンダとして具体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のギヤシフトモジュール。
- 前記モジュールベースプレート(71)及び/又は前記モジュールカバー(72)が、作動流体を分配するための管路(84)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のギヤシフトモジュール。
- 前記モジュールベースプレート(71)及び/又は前記モジュールカバー(72)が、部分的に弁(42)を受け入れるための凹部(49)を有し、前記弁によって、作動流体を、前記ピストンシリンダユニット(37、73、74、75、78)及び/又はメインクラッチ解除装置及び/又はカウンタシャフトブレーキに送り、それらから放出することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のギヤシフトモジュール。
- 前記モジュールベースプレート(71)及び/又は前記モジュールカバー(72)が、弁(42)を受け入れるための凹部(49)を有し、前記弁によって、作動流体を、前記ギヤシフトモジュール(24)から離間して取り付けられるピストンシリンダユニット(78)に送る及び/又は前記ピストンシリンダユニットから放出することができることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のギヤシフトモジュール。
- 前記ギヤシフトモジュール(24)が、流体導管(10)用のポート(85)を有し、該ポートが、前記ギヤシフトモジュール(24)から離間して取り付けられる前記ピストンシリンダユニット(78)の前記弁(42)用の前記凹部(49)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のギヤシフトモジュール。
