Description
Claims (6)
- 工作機械主軸に着脱自在に接続される工具ホルダであって、前記ホルダが外側当接面で終端し第1の直径を有する円筒穴を含み、前記第1の直径よりわずかに大きい第2の直径を有する略円筒状シャンクを有する切削工具を堅固に支持するように構成され、前記工具が前記工具の前記シャンクと切歯との間に配置され前記第1の直径より実質的に大きい第の3直径を有する肩部を含み、前記工具ホルダが前記円筒状シャンクより実質的に高温であるときに、前記工具が前記工具ホルダの前記円筒穴内に組み付けられ、前記切削工具に軸方向力を加えて前記工具肩部を前記工具ホルダの前記外側当接面に押し付ける手段が設けられ、前記工具および前記ホルダがそれらの通常の作業温度に戻った後も前記工具ホルダと前記切削工具との間の肩接触が維持される、工具ホルダ。
- 前記シャンクに中央ねじ穴が設けられた切削工具と組み合わせる、請求項1に記載の工具ホルダ。
- 前記軸方向力が、前記シャンクの前記中央ねじ穴内に挿設可能な着脱自在のドローボルトを用いて加えられる、請求項2に記載の工具ホルダ。
- 前記シャンクの前記中央ねじ穴と係合可能な接続部または油圧シリンダと工具シャンクとの間の他のタイプの接続部が設けられた着脱自在なまたは内部の油圧シリンダを用いて、前記軸方向力を加える、請求項2に記載の工具ホルダ。
- 前記第1の直径より実質的に大きい第3の直径を有する前記肩部が前記切削工具の一部を形成する複数の切歯の後方終端部によって提供される、切削工具と組み合わせる、請求項1に記載の工具ホルダ。
- 添付の図面を参照して実質的に請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載された、工作機械主軸に着脱自在に接続する工具ホルダ。
