Abstract
Description
遷臨界蒸気圧縮システムは、冷媒の臨界圧力を超える圧力で動作する。したがって、冷媒は、このプロセスの間に相転移しない。この動作条件で、熱交換流体に対して放熱熱交換器を向流の構成にすることより、動作時にさらに高い効率を提供することができる。この向流の構成は、いくつかの平行な流路セグメントからなる単一の流路で構成される熱交換器によってアプローチすることが可能であると見出されている。
Claims (16)
- システム動作の少なくとも第1のモードにおいて、冷媒を流路に沿って流す圧縮機と、
前記第1のモードにおいて、前記流路に沿って前記圧縮機の下流にある第1の熱交換器と、
前記第1のモードにおいて、前記流路に沿って前記圧縮機の上流にある第2の熱交換器と、
前記第1のモードにおいて、前記第1の熱交換器の下流でかつ前記第2の熱交換器の上流の前記流路内にある圧力調節器ないし膨張装置と、
を備え、
前記第1の熱交換器が、熱交換流体用の流路を画定するハウジング内に配置され、前記ハウジングが、前記流路内に流路断面積の縮小する区域を画定し、前記第1の熱交換器が、前記流路断面積の縮小する区域に配置されていることを特徴とする冷却システム。 - 前記第1の熱交換器が、ワイヤオンチューブ式の熱交換器からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器が複数のほぼ平行な冷媒流路セグメントを備え、前記熱交換流体が、前記第1の熱交換器内の冷媒に対して向流に、かつ前記冷媒流路セグメントに対して実質的に横断方向に導かれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- システム動作の少なくとも第1のモードにおいて、冷媒を流路に沿って流す圧縮機と、
前記第1のモードにおいて、前記流路に沿って前記圧縮機の下流にある第1の熱交換器と、
前記第1のモードにおいて、前記流路に沿って前記圧縮機の上流にある第2の熱交換器と、
前記第1のモードにおいて、前記第1の熱交換器の下流でかつ前記第2の熱交換器の上流の前記流路内にある圧力調節器ないし膨張装置と、
を備え、
前記第1の熱交換器が複数のほぼ平行な冷媒流路セグメントを備え、前記第1の熱交換器の熱交換流体が、前記冷媒流路セグメントに対して実質的に横断方向に、向流で導かれることを特徴とする冷却システム。 - 前記冷媒の流路が、前記圧縮機からの冷媒の流れに対して上流端部および下流端部を有し、前記熱交換流体が、前記冷媒流路セグメントの下流端部から上流端部へと導かれて、前記向流をもたらすことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換流体の流れを、前記冷媒流路セグメントに対して実質的に横断方向に案内する構造をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記冷媒流路セグメントが、少なくとも1つの蛇行構成にある冷媒流路によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記冷媒流路セグメントが、冷媒の流れに関して直列に構成され、かつ前記熱交換流体に関して向流に配置された複数の熱交換モジュールによって画定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 各熱交換モジュールが、複数のほぼ平行な冷媒流路セグメントからなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記冷媒の質量が主にCO2からなり、
前記第1の熱交換器および第2の熱交換器が、冷媒/空気熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムが、遷臨界蒸気圧縮モードで動作するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 請求項4に記載の前記システムを備えていることを特徴とする飲料冷却装置。
- 前記熱交換流体用の入口および出口を有するハウジングを備え、前記ハウジングが、前記入口と前記出口との間に流れ絞りを画定し、前記第1の熱交換器が、前記流れ絞りの位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の飲料冷却装置。
- 圧縮機から、熱交換媒体の流路を画定しているハウジング内にある熱交換器に冷媒を流すために、前記圧縮機を動作させるステップであって、前記ハウジングが前記熱交換媒体の流路断面積の縮小する区域を画定し、前記熱交換器が前記区域に配置されている動作ステップと、
熱交換流体を、前記区域にある前記熱交換器の上を、ほぼ平行な流路に対して実質的に横断方向に通過させる通過ステップと、
を含む、冷媒と熱交換流体との間で熱を交換する方法。 - 前記熱交換器が、複数のほぼ平行な流路セグメントを備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮機からの冷媒の流れについて、少なくとも1つの上流の流路と、少なくとも1つの下流の流路とを画定するように、前記ほぼ平行な流路セグメントに継続的に冷媒を供給する供給ステップをさらに含み、
前記通過ステップが、熱交換流体を、前記ほぼ平行な流路セグメントの上を、前記下流の流路から前記上流の流路に向けて通過させることを含む請求項15に記載の方法。
