Claims (7)
- 特に有害な又は無害な流体を輸送する目的で、適当な素材で形成され管形状の少なくとも1つの耐圧用編紐(9)と、管形状の外部の機械的保護部(13)とが周囲に取付けられている内部のコルゲーションが設けられたパイプ(2)を具備する柔軟な管において、一方では、前記コルゲーションが設けられたパイプ(2)と耐圧用編紐(9)との間に位置する、管形状で、この耐圧用編紐(9)を形成するために用いられている素材よりも硬度並びに/もしくは摩擦係数が小さい適当な素材で形成された減摩用編紐(6)をさらに具備し、他方では、前記耐圧用編紐(9)と外部の機械的保護部(13)との間に位置する少なくとも1つの緩衝用さや(12)をさらに具備することを特徴とする柔軟な管。
- 前記コルゲーションが設けられたパイプ(2)は、平行な、又はらせん状の複数のコルゲーション(3)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の柔軟な管(1)。
- 前記コルゲーションが設けられたパイプ(2)は、ステンレス鋼とニッケル合金とからなるグループから選択された素材から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の柔軟な管(1)。
- 前記減摩用編紐(6)が、銅合金と、天然繊維と、合成繊維とからなるグループから選択される素材から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の柔軟な管(1)。
- 各耐圧用編紐(9)が、ステンレス鋼から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の柔軟な管(1)。
- 各緩衝用さや(12)は、グラスファイバの網紐、又はシリコンでコーティングされたグラスファイバの編物から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の柔軟な管(1)。
- 前記外部の機械的保護部は、ステンレス鋼又は何か他の素材から形成されたインタロックパイプからなっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の柔軟な管(1)。
