Abstract
Description
不織布Wを搬送する被駆動支持体9と少なくとも1つの被駆動印刷部材10とを備える、該不織布用の印刷装置8を設ける工程と、
該不織布シートを該装置に送出する工程と、
上記制御及び指令ユニット7の制御及び指令下で該不織布に印刷を実行する工程と、を有する印刷工程を含むことが可能であり、
制御及び指令ユニットは、支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材から生成される電気信号を検出し、該信号をそれらの角速度及びトルク・モーメントの状態を表す数値に変換し、該数値を角速度及びトルク・モーメントの事前設定数値の比率と比較し、該比率から外れる、該数値の生じ得る変動をいずれも補正するために、信号を支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材に送信するように、支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材に作用的に接続される。
それぞれの回転部材、即ち、製品用の入力/出力搬送器ローラ、加圧ローラ、及び食刻ローラを個々に動力化すること、
該回転部材の角速度を相互に指令しかつ制御するために制御及び指令ユニットを設けること、
随意選択的に、閉ループ制御システムにビデオ・カメラを設けること、
随意選択的に、加圧ローラに吸引穴を設けるようにこのローラを改造すること、
随意選択的に、吸引ファンを加圧ローラの内側で該穴と面一にかつ様々な食刻ローラのニップに位置決めすること、
随意選択的に、染料を乾燥させるために個々の印刷ローラ間に熱風を送出すること、
随意選択的に、湿った不織布に印刷することが所望であればポンプに水分離器を設けること、
随意選択的に、入力ローラに機械的拡幅器の機能を設けること、
によって実質的に表される。
この印刷工程は、
不織布を搬送する被駆動支持体及び少なくとも1つの被駆動印刷部材を備える、該不織布に印刷する装置を提供すること、
該装置に該不織布シートを送出すること、
上で説明した(特に、段落0038、0049、0080、0084で)制御及び指令ユニットの制御及び指令下で、該不織布に印刷(1色から12色)を実行することを含み、該制御及び指令ユニットは、該支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材からの電気信号を検出し、該信号をそれらの角速度及びトルク・モーメントの状態を表す数値に変換し、該数値を該角速度及び該トルク・モーメントの事前設定数値の比率と比較し、該比率から外れる、該値の生じ得る変動をいずれも補正するために信号を該支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材に送信するように、該支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材に作用的に接続される。
Claims (36)
- ハイドロエンボス方法及びサーモエンボス方法から任意の順番で選択されたいずれかの方法によって単層又は多層の不織布のシートを様々に処理する2つの引き続いて行われる工程を含む、不織布を製造する方法。
- ハイドロエンボス方法による第1の処理工程とサーモエンボス方法による第2の処理工程とを含む、請求項1に記載の不織布製造方法。
- ハイドロエンボス方法による前記第1の処理工程は、円筒支持体上を搬送されている間の前記不織布シートの第1の処理と、平面支持体上を搬送されている間のハイドロエンボス方法による第2の処理とを含む、請求項2に記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ハイドロエンボス処理工程後に及び前記サーモエンボス処理工程前に、前記不織布シートは乾燥工程に掛けられる、請求項2又は3に記載の不織布製造方法。
- サーモエンボス方法による第1の処理工程とハイドロエンボス方法による第2の処理工程とを含む、請求項1に記載の不織布製造方法。
- ハイドロエンボス方法及びサーモエンボス方法の前記2つの処理工程後に、前記不織布をローラ上に巻き取る工程を含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス工程は、柔らかさ及びふわふわ効果のそれぞれが重複するように前記不織布シートに対して実行される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス工程は、前記不織布シートの異なる専用部分に実行される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス工程は、前記両工程が、事前設定パターンに従って前記不織布の異なる専用の部分に実行されるように、制御及び指令ユニットの制御及び指令を受ける、請求項8に記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記事前設定パターンは、前記ハイドロエンボス工程が、前記サーモエンボス工程に関与する部分以外の前記不織布の事前設定部分に実行されることを指令及び制御するために、電気信号を介して命令を与えるように、前記制御及び指令ユニットに読み込まれたプログラムによって読み取られる、請求項9に記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ハイドロエンボス処理工程は、総表面の95%〜5%に対応する前記不織布シートの表面を網羅するように実行され、残りの表面部分はサーモエンボス方法によって処理される、請求項8から10のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ハイドロエンボス処理用の少なくとも1つの装置と前記サーモエンボス処理用の1つの装置とを設ける工程と、
不織布シートを前記装置に送出する工程と、
制御及び指令ユニットの前記制御下で、前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス処理を任意の順番で実行する工程と、を含み、
前記制御及び指令ユニットは、前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス処理が前記不織布シートの事前設定された専用部分に実行されることを指令及び制御するために、電気信号を介して命令を与えるように前記装置に作用的に接続される、請求項8から11のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。 - 前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス処理時に、前記制御及び指令ユニットは、前記不織布の駆動部材から生成される電気信号を検出し、前記信号を前記部材の角速度及びトルク・モーメントの状態を表す数値に変換し、前記数値を前記角速度及びトルク・モーメントの事前設定数値の比率と比較し、前記比率から外れる、前記値に生じ得る変動をいずれも補正するために信号を前記部材に送信する、請求項12に記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス処理工程は、単一の製造ラインにおいて、400m/分を超過し得る送出速度で連続的に実行される、請求項8から13のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 閉ループ自動制御の工程を含む、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記閉ループ制御は、前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス処理時に作成された固定標識を制御下に維持し、比率/距離が設定及び格納されたものと異なる場合に介入する変換器としてカラー・ビデオ・カメラ・システムを含む、請求項15に記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記閉ループ制御は、前記制御及び指令ユニットに作用的に接続され、前記ハイドロエンボス又はサーモエンボス処理パターン中の皺又は変動の存在を絶えず監視するのに適切である少なくとも1つの画像取得装置を含む、請求項16に記載の不織布製造方法。
- 延伸制御工程を含む、請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 位置合わせ制御工程をさらに含む、請求項1から18のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス処理工程後に、印刷工程をさらに含む、請求項1から19のいずれかに記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記印刷工程は、
前記不織布を搬送する被駆動支持体と少なくとも1つの被駆動印刷部材とを備える、不織布用の印刷装置を設ける工程と、
前記不織布シートを前記装置に送出する工程と、
前記制御及び指令ユニットの前記制御及び指令下で、前記不織布に前記印刷を実行する工程と、を含み、
前記制御及び指令ユニットは、前記支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材から生成される電気信号を検出し、前記信号を前記支持体及び部材の角速度及びトルク・モーメントの状態を表す数値に変換し、前記数値を前記角速度及び前記トルク・モーメントの事前設定数値の比率と比較し、前記比率から外れる、前記値の生じ得る変動をいずれも補正するために、信号を前記支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材に送信するように、前記支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材に作用的に接続される、請求項20に記載の不織布製造方法。 - 不織布(W)を処理する、少なくとも1つのハイドロエンボス装置(1、2)及び少なくとも1つのサーモエンボス装置(6)と、駆動部材システム(3、4、M)であって、前記システムに沿って前記不織布を搬送する駆動部材システムと、前記各々の処理が前記不織布の専用部分に実行されるように、前記ハイドロエンボス及びサーモエンボス装置のそれぞれの機械的及び電子的構成要素に作用的に接続された制御及び指令ユニット(7)とを備える、不織布製造設備。
- 前記制御及び指令ユニット(7)は、製造ラインに沿って位置決めされた前記駆動部材(3、4、M)の全てのモータに電気配線を介して接続されている、請求項22に記載の不織布製造設備。
- 連続的な閉ループ自動補正システムを介して製造過程をさらに制御することを実現するために、変換器としてビデオ・カメラ・システムTV1、TV2を備える、請求項22又は23に記載の不織布製造設備。
- 延伸効果の存在を絶えず検出するために前記製造ラインに沿って位置決めされた複数のセンサ(S1〜S4)をさらに備える、請求項22、23、又は24に記載の不織布製造設備。
- 前記製造ライン全体にわたって前記不織布の位置合わせを制御する装置をさらに備える、請求項22から25のいずれかに記載の不織布製造設備。
- 前記装置は、前記駆動部材(3、4、M)に対する不織シート(W)の位置を測定するのに適切なセンサ(L、C)と前記シートの位置決めを補正するのに適切な装置とを含む、請求項26に記載の不織布製造設備。
- 不織布に印刷する装置(8)であって、支持体(9)と、少なくとも1つの印刷部材(10)と、前記不織布シート(W)を前記支持体上に保持する手段(11)と、前記不織布シートを前記装置に及び前記装置から案内しかつ支持するのに適切な案内手段(12)と、を含む装置をさらに備え、前記装置は前記制御及び指令ユニット(7)に接続されている、請求項22から27のいずれかに記載の不織布製造設備。
- 請求項21から31のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られる不織布。
- 前記不織布が、ハイドロエンボス方法によって処理された部分と、サーモエンボス方法によって処理された部分とを有することを特徴とする、請求項29に記載の不織布。
- ハイドロエンボス方法によって処理された前記部分は、前記不織布の総表面の5%から95%を占め、残りの部分はサーモエンボス方法によって処理されている、請求項29に記載の不織布。
- ハイドロエンボス方法によって処理された部分は、サーモエンボス方法によって処理された部分と重複する、請求項29に記載の不織布。
- 請求項29から32のいずれかに記載の前記不織布を、衛生看護用の濡れナプキンとして使用すること。
- 請求項29から32のいずれかに記載の前記不織布を、家具用の洗剤又はワックスが含浸され得る洗浄布として使用すること。
- 印刷工程が続くハイドロエンボス又はサーモエンボス処理工程を含み、着色までも行われた標示及び/又は図形を有する印刷された不織布を製造する方法であって、前記印刷工程は、
前記不織布を搬送する被駆動支持体と少なくとも1つの被駆動印刷部材とを備える、不織布用の印刷装置を設ける工程と、
前記不織布シートを前記装置に送出する工程と、
制御及び指令ユニットの制御及び指令下で、前記不織布に前記印刷を実行する工程と、を含み、
前記制御及び指令ユニットは、前記支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材から生成される電気信号を検出し、前記信号を前記支持体及び部材の角速度及びトルク・モーメントの状態を表す数値に変換し、前記数値を前記角速度及び前記トルク・モーメントの事前設定数値の比率と比較し、前記比率から外れる、前記値の生じ得る変動をいずれも補正するために、信号を前記支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材に送信するように、前記支持体及び少なくとも1つの印刷部材に作用的に接続される、不織布を製造する方法。 - 印刷装置(8)と少なくとも1つのハイドロエンボス装置(1、2)又は少なくとも1つのサーモエンボス装置(6)とを備える、印刷された不織布を製造する設備。
