Claims (11)

インサート上端部とインサート下端部とを有すると共に、前記開口を通って前記反応ゾーン内に延び得る作業者通路インサートと;
ハンガー上端部とハンガー下端部とを有する支持ハンガーであって、前記ハンガー上端部は前記インサート下端部に固定して連結される前記支持ハンガーと;
流体分配器トレーを支持できると共に、前記ハンガー下端部に固定して連結される支持構造体と;
を備える支持装置。 - 前記インサート上端部が荷重を前記支持装置から支持面に伝えるための支持手段を更に備える、請求項1に記載の支持装置。
- 前記ハンガー上端部を前記インサート下端部に連結するための取付手段が前記インサート下端部に固着される、請求項2に記載の支持装置。
- 前記支持構造体が前記内壁に沿って延びるスカートを更に備える、請求項3に記載の支持装置。
- 前記支持手段が、前記作業者通路インサートから外側に向かって延びると共に前記支持面上に着座するフランジを備える、請求項4に記載の支持装置。
- 前記取付手段が、前記ハンガー上端部を連結すると共に荷重を前記作業者通路インサートに伝えるための取り外し可能なクランプを備える、請求項5に記載の支持装置。
- 反応容器と共に使用するための支持装置であって、前記反応容器は触媒粒子床を含み得る反応ゾーンを形成する反応器内壁を有すると共に、前記反応ゾーン中への作業者通路導管を形成する作業者通路内壁を有する入口兼作業者通路を備え、前記支持装置は、
インサート外壁と、インサート導管を形成するインサート内壁と、インサート上端部と、インサート下端部とを有するインサートであって、前記インサートが前記作業者通路導管を通って前記反応ゾーン中に延び得ると共に、前記インサート下端部の端が前記反応ゾーン内にある前記インサートと;
ハンガー上端部とハンガー下端部とを有する支持ハンガーであって、前記ハンガー上端部が前記インサート下端部に固定して連結される前記支持ハンガーと;
前記ハンガー下端部に固定して連結されると共に荷重を支持するための支持構造手段と;
を備える支持装置。 - 前記支持構造体が前記反応器内壁に沿って延びるスカートを更に備える、請求項7に記載の支持装置。
- 前記インサート外壁が前記作業者通路内壁に沿って延びる、請求項8に記載の支持装置。
- 前記作業者通路導管の形状が円筒形である請求項9に記載の支持装置。
- 反応容器と共に使用するための分配器トレー支持装置であって、前記反応容器は反応器ゾーンを形成すると共に、開口を前記反応器ゾーン中に提供する入口兼作業者通路を有し、前記分配器トレー支持装置は、
前記入口兼作業者通路に支持されると共に、前記入口兼作業者通路の前記開口を通って前記反応器ゾーン中に延びる作業者通路インサートを備え、
支持ハンガーを前記作業者通路インサートに連結すると共に荷重を前記支持ハンガーから前記作業者通路インサートに伝えるための取付手段が、前記作業者通路インサートに取り付けられ;
前記支持ハンガーが上端部と下端部とを有し;
前記上端部は前記取付手段に固定して取り付けられ、前記下端部は分配器トレーを支持するための分配器トレー支持構造手段に固定して取り付けられることを特徴とする分配器トレー支持装置。
