Description
RO−[P(OR)(O)−O−R'−O−]n−P(O)(OR)2
を有し、
式中n(これは「繰返し」ホスフェートエステル単位を表す。)は、数平均基準で1〜約20、好ましくは2〜約10の範囲にあることができ、Rはアルキルおよびヒドロキシアルキルから選択され、R'はアルキレンである。該アルキルおよびアルキレン基は、一般に約2〜約10の炭素原子を有する。
Claims (6)
- ハロゲン非含有有機リンの難燃性付与剤と気泡安定剤との存在下に有機ポリイソシアネートと25℃未満の融点を有する液状ポリオールとを反応させることによって得られるポリエステルポリウレタンフォームであって、該安定剤が該組成物の0.1〜5重量%の量のヒュームドシリカであることを特徴とするポリエステルポリウレタンフォーム。
- 難燃性付与剤がFyrol(商標)PNXである、請求項1記載のポリエステルポリウレタンフォーム。
- 難燃性付与剤の量が、該組成物の1〜10重量%、好ましくは該組成物の4〜6重量%である、請求項1または2記載のポリエステルポリウレタンフォーム。
- ヒュームドシリカの量が、該組成物の0.3〜1重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のポリエステルポリウレタンフォーム。
- フォームが35kg/m3未満の密度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のポリエステルポリウレタンフォーム。
- ハロゲン非含有有機リンの難燃性付与剤を含んでいる、有機ポリイソシアネートと25℃未満の融点を有する液状ポリオールとを反応させることによって得られるポリエステルポリウレタンフォームのための気泡安定剤として、ヒュームドシリカを使用する方法。
