Abstract
Description
ガスの浄化を、ガラス溶融が終わらされるまで中断されないプロセスとして働かせることができる。従来のSCR触媒を用いる場合、触媒の適当な寿命が達成されない。ガラス溶融は、炉の内壁が交換されなければならないまでシャットダウンされず、並びに/もしくは、シャットダウンされ再始動されることができないため、ガラス溶融の実行時間に対応した最小限の寿命を有する触媒が、見つけられなければならず、又は、2つのDENOxシステムの間で切り替えが可能であるように、これら2つのDENOxシステムが構築されなければならないものだった。この手続により、ガラスの製造プロセスはずっとより高価にされたものだった。
湿式洗浄の段階をなくすることのために、このことは、また、浄化された洗浄水の残っている残余物の濃度から環境汚染物質をなくす。
ガラス溶融物内には、ボロンと砒素との化合物のような、特殊な添加物質並びに/もしくは付随物質が、ほぼ1650℃の温度で溶融されている。
Claims (11)
- SiO2と、ボロン、砒素、並びに/もしくは他の化合物、特に金属化合物、とを含有するガラスの製造のための材料が、ガラス炉に入れられ、融解したガラスがこのガラス炉から取り出され、前記ガラス炉は、熱い燃焼排出ガスにより加熱され、
前記燃焼排出ガス並びに/もしくはガラス溶融から発生する、前記ガラスの溶融プロセスの排出ガスは、CO2、O2、H2O、並びに/もしくは、N2のようなガス成分に加えて、少なくともNOxと、汚染成分としての材料から生じ、並びに/もしくは形成される複数の化合物と、及び場合によってはSO2と、HClと、重金属、特にHg、と、ダイオキシンと、フランと、塵と、凝縮しうる残余物と、並びに/もしくは無機汚染成分の一部の昇華物とを含む、ガラス、特にLCDスクリーンのためのガラス、の溶融プロセスの排出ガスを浄化するための方法において、
前記ガラスの溶融プロセスの排出ガスは、場合に応じて、少なくとも1つの触媒活性の吸着剤並びに/もしくは吸収剤を用いる移動層反応器システム内でのプリ洗浄段階の後で、少なくとも2つの段階で唯一の移動層内で前記汚染成分から本質的に解放され、
触媒を損傷する汚染成分の直接流れが接近する領域で、場合に応じて前記移動層の隣接する下方の層(第1の分離段階)で、少なくとも、ボロン並びに/もしくは砒素化合物のような、触媒を損傷し原料の組成から発生する化合物が、吸収により束縛され、粒子状の成分が付着されて除去され、
窒素の触媒による除去が、前記直接流れが接近する領域に、場合に応じて前記移動層の隣接する下方の領域に、隣接する層の領域で、実行され(第2の分離段階)、ダイオキシンとフランとのような、場合に応じて存在するが前記触媒を損傷しない他の汚染成分は、この第2の分離段階で吸収により除去されることを特徴とする方法。 - 布フィルタ、又は静電フィルタが、前記移動層反応器システムから上流に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に係る方法。
- 前記ガスの浄化は、約70℃ないし160℃の、好ましくは90℃ないし120℃の、ガス入口温度で、前記移動層反応器システム内で実行されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に係る方法。
- 前記ガラスの溶融プロセスの排出ガスは、始めに、1つ以上の段階で、場合に応じて希薄にさせる空気並びに/もしくは水を加えて、50℃ないし120℃の間の温度、好ましくは60℃ないし100℃の間の温度に、冷却され、並びに/もしくは急冷されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に係る方法。
- 除去される前記汚染成分は、本質的に、砒素並び/もしくはボロンの化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に係る方法。
- 前記第1の分離段階で除去される前記汚染成分は、珪素、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、並びに/もしくはバリウムの化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に係る方法。
- 80%以上までの、好ましくは90%以上までの窒素が、アンモニアを加えることにより除去されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に係る方法。
- 前記移動層反応器システムは、対向流移動層反応器システムであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に係る方法。
- 前記移動層反応器システムでは、前記移動層の下端から吸着剤並びに/もしくは吸収剤が除去され、前記移動層の上端で新しい又は再生成された吸着剤並びに/もしくは吸収剤が補充されるサイクルが、除去される前記排出ガスが受ける、前記移動層の流動深さ又は部分的な深さにわたる流動圧の低下に応じて、もしくは、前記流れが接近する領域で、場合に応じて隣接する下方の領域で、触媒を損傷させる気体状の成分のために、前記吸着剤並びに/もしくは吸収剤が受ける損傷に応じて、実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に係る方法。
- 前記吸着剤並びに/もしくは吸収剤は、場合に応じて、炭素性の吸着剤並びに/もしくは吸収剤、特に活性炭、及び酸性の汚染成分のための複数のアルカリのような試薬、の層が形成された混合物からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に係る方法。
- 前記吸着剤並びに/もしくは吸収剤は、活性炭、並びに/もしくは無機の成分、又は無機及び有機の成分/含有物の混合物からなる顆粒であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に係る方法。
