Claims (9)
- 事故被害を減らすためのセーフティ・デバイス(1)を備えた自動車の予防的に作動する保護システムのための方法であり、
運転状態データが、運転状態センサシステム(2)によって取得され、車両の長手方向の減速度(|a_x|)及び運転者による制動トルク要請(B)に関して監視され、
非常制動の状態(NB)が、制動要請評価手段(3)により前記制動トルク要請(B)から判断され、
非常制動の状態(NB)が存在し、かつ少なくとも1つのさらなる条件が満たされると、前記セーフティ・デバイス(1)の少なくとも1つが起動される方法であって、
前記さらなる条件は、長手方向の減速度評価手段(4)において、前記長手方向の減速度(|a_x|)が長手方向の減速度閾値(S_LV)を超えないことにより満たされることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記制動トルク要請(B)が要請閾値(S_A)を超えると、非常制動の状態(NB)であると判断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 制動トルク要請速度(dB/dt)が取得され、これが要請速度閾値(S_AG)を超えると、非常制動の状態(NB)であると判断されることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の方法。
- 前記制動トルク要請(B)が増加するにつれて、前記要請速度閾値(S_AG)が小さくなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記要請閾値(S_A)及び/又は前記要請速度閾値(S_AG)が、車両の速度及び/又は横方向の加速度に依存することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記制動トルク要請(B)がブレーキ圧から導き出され、前記制動トルク要請速度(dB/dt)が、前記ブレーキ圧の時間による導関数から導き出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制動トルク要請を取得するために、ブレーキ系のマスタブレーキシリンダ内の圧力が測定され、かつ前記制動トルク要請速度を取得するために、ブレーキブースタのブレーキペダル行程の又はダイアフラム行程の時間による導関数が評価されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキペダル行程が、ペダル行程センサ又はダイアフラム行程センサによって測定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記長手方向の減速度閾値(S_LV)が、0.3gと0.5gとの間の値をとることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
