Claims (10)
- 炭化水素ストリーム中の硫黄化合物を転換するための装置(24)であって、上記装置が:
硫化水素を硫化塩に転換するための予備洗浄部(30)と;
導入口が上記予備洗浄部(30)に連通する炭化水素供給導管(22)と;
メルカプタンをメルカプチドに転換するための抽出部(32)であって、上記予備洗浄部(30)の真上に配置されている抽出部と;
排出口が上記抽出部(32)に連通する炭化水素生成物導管(60)と;そして
予備洗浄部(30)に連通する排出口及び抽出部(32)に連通する導入口を有する導管(38)とで構成される装置。 - 上記抽出部(320がその上部にコアレッサー(58)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 1つの容器(24)が上記抽出部(32)及び上記予備洗浄部(30)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 上記抽出部(32)及び上記予備洗浄部(30)が無孔バッフル(34)によって分離されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 炭化水素ストリーム中の硫黄化合物を転換するための方法であって:
硫黄化合物を含んだ炭化水素ストリームを、アルカリを含んだ予備洗浄部(30)に供給して硫化水素を硫化塩に転換するステップと;
上記予備洗浄部(30)から予備洗浄された炭化水素ストリームを回収するステップと;
上記予備洗浄された炭化水素ストリームを、上記予備洗浄部(30)の真上に配置された抽出部(32)に供給してメルカプタンをメルカプチドに転換するステップと;そして
メルカプチドを含んだ抽出炭化水素ストリームを上記抽出部(32)から回収するステップとで構成される方法。 - 上記炭化水素ストリームが、上記抽出部(32)から回収される前にコアレッサー(58)を通過しなければならないことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 炭化水素ストリーム中の硫黄化合物を転換するための方法であって、上記方法が:
炭化水素ストリーム及びアルカリストリームを混合するステップと;
上記アルカリストリームと混合した上記炭化水素ストリームを、アルカリを含んだ予備洗浄部(30)に供給して硫化水素を硫化塩に転換するステップと;
メルカプチドを含んだ使用済みアルカリストリームを、上記予備洗浄部(30)から連続的に回収するステップと;
上記使用済みアルカリストリームの少なくとも一部を再循環し、上記炭化水素ストリームに混合させるステップと;
再生アルカリストリームを上記予備洗浄部(30)に連続的に追加するステップと;
予備洗浄された炭化水素ストリームを上記予備洗浄部(30)から回収するステップと;そして
上記予備洗浄された炭化水素ストリームを、上記予備洗浄部(30)とは別個の、アルカリを含んだ抽出部(32)に供給するステップとで構成される方法。 - 上記使用済みアルカリストリームの一部が上記予備洗浄部(30)に再循環され、そして上記使用済みアルカリストリームの他の部分が上記使用済みアルカリストリームから除去されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 上記再生アルカリストリームが、上記使用済みアルカリストリームに加えられることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の方法。
- 硫黄化合物を含んだ炭化水素をアルカリに接触させるための装置(24)であって、上記装置が:
炭化水素をアルカリに接触させるための容器(24)と;
容器(24)に連通した、容器から炭化水素を回収するための導入口を有する炭化水素除去導管(38)と;
容器(24)に連通した、容器からアルカリを回収するための導入口、及び容器に連通した排出口を有するアルカリ再循環導管(20)と;
上記アルカリ再循環導管(20)に連通したアルカリ追加ライン(50)と;そして
上記アルカリ再循環導管(20)に連通したアルカリ除去ライン(44)とで構成される装置。
