Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- 前方端と後方端の間に延在する対向する側面を備え、前記対向する側面の少なくとも一方の一部に沿って延在する複数の縦リブをさらに備え、前記複数の縦リブが、前記対向する側面の少なくとも一方にフィンガーグリップを形成する筐体と、
前記筐体と同軸上に可動式に結合し、使用者が前記フィンガーグリップに加える軸方向の圧力によって、前記筐体とシールドが、前記シールドが前記筐体の前記前方端から外側に突き出る第1の位置から、前記シールドが少なくとも部分的に前記筐体内に移動した第2の位置へ、互いに対して移動するシールドと
を具えたことを特徴とするランセット装置。 - 前記縦リブは前記筐体の前記対向する側面の両側の一部に沿って延在し、前記対向する側面の両側にフィンガーグリップを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記各縦リブの一部は、概ね凹面として前記フィンガーグリップを形成するように曲線付けされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記縦リブの別の部分は、概ね凸面を形成するように曲線付けされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記縦リブは、概ね前記筐体の前記前方端に隣接する前記対向する側面の一部に前方凸面、および前記筐体の前記後方端に隣接する前記対向する側面の一部に後方凸面を形成するように曲線付けされ、前記前方凸面と前記後方凸面の間に概ね凹面を形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記前方凸面および前記後方凸面を形成する前記縦リブは、前記筐体の少なくとも前記対向する側面上にくぼみとして前記フィンガーグリップを形成するために、前記凹面を介して整列されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記縦リブは、概ね卵形の凹面を形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記筐体はさらに、前記ランセット装置の使用中に使用者の指を収容するために前記筐体の前記後方端に形成されるフィンガーグリップくぼみを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記筐体の前記後方端に形成される前記フィンガーグリップくぼみは、凹部であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記シールドは、前記筐体および/または前記シールド内に配置される穿刺要素の整列位置を視覚的に指示するために、周辺部に間隔をあけて配置される複数のくぼみを形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前方端と後方端の間に延在する筐体と、
前記筐体の前記前方端を通って同軸上に延在し、前記筐体と可動式に結合するシールドと、
前記筐体内に配置され、前記筐体に対して前記シールドが移動すると、前記シールドの前方端の開口を通って突き出るように構成されるランセットアセンブリと、
前記ランセットアセンブリの突刺し端の滅菌性を維持する内側部分、および前記シールドの前記前方端の前記開口を囲繞する外側部分を有し、前記シールドおよび前記筐体が互いに対して軸方向に移動することを防ぐように構成される取り外し可能なタブ部材と
を備えることを特徴とするランセット装置。 - 前記タブ部材の前記内側部分は、前記突刺し端をほぼ囲繞するポストを備え、前記タブ部材の前記外側部分はさらに、前記使用者が握るように構成されたグリップ部を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記タブ部材の前記外側部分は、前記シールドの前記前方端の外側面と係合するように形成され、前記筐体の前記前方端から突き出る付随的スカートを備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記付随的スカートは、前記タブ部材の取り外しを容易にするために、前記筐体の前記前方端とカムのように係合する構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記グリップ部は、前記使用者が握るためのパドル状部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記パドル状部材の対向する側部が前記タブ部材を取り外すのを助けるために、使用者に前記タブ部材を回転させる回転方向を指示するための輪郭を形成するように、前記パドル状部材の対向する縦方向の縁部は反対方向に湾曲することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記パドル状部材を通る横断面は、概ね波形またはS字型を形成することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記パドル状部材は、概ね卵形であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記パドル状部材の対向する側部は、凹部であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記パドル状部材の対向する側部は、少なくとも1つの突起したグリップタブをその上に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記パドル状部材の対向する縁部は、対向する縦方向の湾曲部を形成することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記対向する縦方向の湾曲部は、概ね楕円形の形状であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のランセット装置。
- 少なくとも1つの成形くぼみは前記パドル状部材の少なくとも片側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記成形くぼみは、多角形形状であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記グリップ部は、前記使用者が握るための対向するフィンガーグリップくぼみを形成することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記フィンガーグリップくぼみは、凹部であることを特徴とする請求項25に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記グリップ部は、前記ポスト部およびグリップ部に隣接する中間部を備え、前記中間部はらせん構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項25に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記フィンガーグリップくぼみはそれぞれ、少なくとも1つの突起したグリップタブを含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記グリップ部は、前記ポストから取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のランセット装置。
