Claims (34)
- 金型の内部に金属を溶射し、溶射された金型表面に熱膨張補償層を置き、補償層に樹脂含浸性の繊維性材料層を塗布し、得られた組立品を硬化するというステップを有することを特徴とする成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記金型の内部に、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、銅、亜鉛、スズおよびニッケル−スズの一つ以上の金属が溶射されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記置かれる熱膨張補償層が低い熱伝導率を有する合成プラスチック材であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記繊維性材料がエポキシまたはアクリルで含浸されていることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記繊維性材料がカーボン繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属層が0.2mmから1.5mmの間の厚さまで金型部分に溶射されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属層が0.4mmの厚さまで金型部分に溶射されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属が複数の金型のうちの雌型部分に溶射されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属層は、金型から除去された後に表面処理を施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理は、研磨を含むまたは研磨から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理は、塗装を含むまたは塗装から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理は、コーティングを含むまたはコーティングから構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9、10または11に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記得られた組立品が金型において硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記得られた組立品が硬化される前に金型から除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 「ウインドー」を合成部分に残すために、金型部分の一つ以上の領域が溶射されないままにしておかれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記ウインドーが透明または半透明であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記非溶射領域に隣接する繊維層の部分は、透明または半透明であることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 前記熱膨張補償層が透明または半透明の材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品の製造方法。
- 外側の金属層と、金属層に隣接した硬化材料の熱膨張補償層と、熱膨張補償層材料に隣接した硬化樹脂含浸性の繊維性材料の層とからなることを特徴とする成形部品。
- 前記金属が、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、銅、亜鉛、スズおよびニッケル−スズの一つ以上の金属であることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の成形部品。
- 前記置かれる熱膨張補償層が低い熱伝導率を有する合成プラスチック材であることを特徴とする、請求項19または20に記載の成形部品。
- 前記繊維性材料がエポキシまたはアクリルで含浸されていることを特徴とする、請求項19、20または21に記載の成形部品。
- 前記繊維性材料がカーボン繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項19〜22のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品。
- 前記金属層が0.2mmから1.5mmの間の厚さまで金型部分に溶射されることを特徴とする、請求項19〜23のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品。
- 前記金属層が0.4mmの厚さまで金型部分に溶射されることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の成形部品。
- 前記金属層が研磨されていることを特徴とする、請求項20〜25のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品。
- 前記金属層が塗装されていることを特徴とする、請求項20〜26のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品。
- 前記金属層がコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項20〜27のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品。
- ウインドーが、金型の領域を金属で溶射されないままにしておくことによって、成形部品で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項20〜28のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品。
- 前記ウインドーが透明または半透明であることを特徴とする、請求項29に記載の成形部品。
- 前記熱膨張構成物層が透明または半透明の材料であることを特徴とする、請求項20〜30のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品。
- 前記非溶射領域に隣接する繊維層の部分は、透明または半透明であることを特徴とする、請求項29〜31のいずれか1項に記載の成形部品。
