Claims (19)
- 光音響分光を使用して検体に関する化学的情報を決定する方法において、
検体のサンプルと相互作用する光線を放出するステップと、
検出セルに配置された充填流体に前記光線を透過させるステップであって、前記充填流体は、前記光線を吸収するために前記検体の分子と実質的に同様の分子を有するものであるステップと、
前記光線の強度に比例して熱波及び振動を前記充填流体に発生するステップと、
前記熱波により前記充填流体に圧力振動を誘起させるステップと、
マイクロホンにより前記圧力振動を検出して、前記検体に関する情報を決定するステップと、
を備えた方法。 - 前記検体は、ガス状検体、液体の検体、固体の検体、分解された検体、粉末状検体又は乳化状検体の1つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記検体の分子は、前記充填流体の分子と同じである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記検体は、更に、光線を吸収するために非吸収担体流体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光線は、前記検体を透過され、前記検体により放出され、前記検体から散乱され、又は前記検体から反射することにより前記検体と相互作用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光線は、広帯域光源から放出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定周波数において光線の強度を変調するステップを更に備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定周波数において検出器応答を読み取るステップを更に備えた、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記光線の波長は、非ゼロのスペクトル重みを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロホンは、前記光線の吸収波長により誘起される圧力振動のみを記録する、請求項1に記載の方法。

を備えた光音響検出システム。 - 前記検出セルには、前記充填流体及び検体を前記チャンバーに注入するように構成された入口が画成される、請求項11に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記検出セルには、前記充填流体及び検体を前記チャンバーから放出するように構成された出口が画成される、請求項11に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記マイクロホン検出器により検出される圧力振動は、前記検体に関する情報を与える、請求項11に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記チャンバーの方向に光線を放出するように構成された光源を更に備えた、請求項11に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記光源は広帯域光源である、請求項15に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記光源は、固定周波数において光線の強度を変調するように構成される、請求項15に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記マイクロホン検出器と通信するオシロスコープを更に備え、このオシロスコープは、前記圧力振動に基づくシステム応答を与えるように構成される、請求項17に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記システム応答は、非ゼロのスペクトル重みをもつ光線の波長により発生される、請求項18に記載の光音響検出システム。
