Claims (18)
- 車両(1)用の耐ローリング/ピッチングシステム(10)であって、前記車両の第1の車体部分(4,6)が、ベアリングアーム(12)によって第2の車体部分(2,3)に懸架され、前記ベアリングアームはばね手段(8)により旋回軸(R2)回りに回転可能に前記第2の車体部分(2,3)に接続され、
旋回軸(R2)に対して前記ベアリングアーム(12)に作用するばね力(Fs)の位置を調整する調整手段(19,20;22,24)を備え、前記ばね力(Fs)によって前記ベアリングアーム(12)に作用するモーメント(Ms)を調整し、前記第1の車体部分(4,5)によって前記ベアリングアーム(12)に作用する荷重(P,ΔP)を抑える前記耐ローリング/ピッチングシステム(10)において、
前記ばね力(Fs)を柔軟性のある細長部材(15)を介して前記ベアリングアーム(12)に伝達することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記柔軟性のある細長部材(15)の、少なくとも一部が前記ばね手段(8)の中心線(S)に沿って延在し、少なくとも別の一部が前記中心線(S)と角度(α)をなすように、前記細長部材を案内するガイド手段(14)をさらに備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記柔軟性のある細長部材(15)の一端(15B)は、前記ばね手段(8)に接続され、他端(15A)は、この端部(15A)が円形の経路(C)を移動可能となるように前記ベアリングアーム(12)に接続されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項3および請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ばね手段(8)の前記中心線(S)は、前記細長部材(15)が前記円形の経路(C)を移動するときにとることが可能な位置のうちの少なくとも一つにおいて、前記柔軟性のある細長部材(15)に沿って延在し、前記少なくとも一つの位置は、望ましくは静荷重状態において前記細長部材(15)がとる位置であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記円形の経路(C)の中心線(R3)は、前記ばね手段(8)の中心線(S)と一致することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項3から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記円形の経路(C)の中心線(R3)は、前記ベアリングアーム(12)に実質的に直交して延在することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記中心線(R3)は前記ベアリングアームの長さ(L)の略半分の位置で延在し、前記円形の経路(C)の半径(r)は、前記ベアリングアームの長さ(L)の半分よりもわずかに小さいことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記調整手段は、旋回軸(R3)回りに回転可能に前記ベアリングアーム(12)に接続される旋回アーム(19)またはディスク(24)と、前記旋回アーム(19)またはディスク(24)を前記旋回軸(R3)回りに回転させる駆動手段(20,22)とを備え、前記柔軟性のある細長部材(15)は、前記旋回軸(R3)から距離(r)の位置で前記旋回アーム(19)またはディスク(24)に接続されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記駆動手段(20,22)は、前記駆動手段(20,22)の負荷が所定値を超えた場合に前記旋回アーム(19)またはディスク(24)の回転を停止するよう構成された過負荷防止装置(26)を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項8または請求項9に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記駆動手段は、前記旋回アーム(19)またはディスク(24)を回転させる回転軸を有する回転モータ(22)を備え、前記回転軸は、軸方向、径方向、および/または曲げ力に対抗可能なベアリング、例えばクロスローラベアリングによって支持されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ベアリングアーム(12)に作用する荷重を表すパラメータとして、例えば加速度、速度、および/または前記第1の車体部分(4,6)の変位を計測する少なくとも一つのセンサ(30)と、
前記計測されたデータを望ましい荷重データと比較し、比較結果に基づいて前記調整手段(19,20,22,24)を制御する中央制御ユニット(35)とを備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ベアリングアーム(12)における前記ばね力(Fs)の作用位置を検出する第2のセンサを少なくとも備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
静荷重状態において前記細長部材(15)に作用する前記ばね力(Fs)を調整するために、前記ばね手段(8)に張力をかけるように構成された第2の調整手段を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項2から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ガイド手段(14)の接触面および/または細長部材(15)には、摩擦軽減手段が設けられ、前記摩擦軽減手段は、例えば低摩擦コーティングまたはベアリング手段であり、前記ベアリング手段は、例えば前記細長部材(15)に取り付けられ、前記ガイド手段(14)の適切なガイド溝で受けられる転動体であることを特徴とするシステム。 - サブフレーム(13)と、
ばね手段(8)、および請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の耐ローリング/ピッチングシステム(10)の構成を有する耐ローリング/ピッチングシステム(10)によって、旋回軸(R2)回りに回転可能に前記サブフレーム(13)に接続されるベアリングアーム(12)とを備えることを特徴とするビルトインユニット。 - 第1の車体部分、とくにキャビン(6)または車輪(4)と、
第2の車体部分、とくにシャシ(2)と、
請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の耐ローリング/ピッチングシステム(10)、または請求項15に記載のビルトインユニットとを備え、
前記システム(10)またはユニットは、前記ベアリングアーム(12)が前記第1の車体部分(6,4)を支持するように、前記第2の車体部分(2)に接続されることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項16に記載の車両において、
前記ベアリングアーム(12)は、板ばね(11)により前記第1の車体部分(6,4)に接続され、前記板ばねは、前記ベアリングアームの旋回軸(R2)に平行な方向の前記第1の車体部分(6,4)の変位を防止するとともに、前記旋回軸(R2)に直交する方向の前記第1の車体部分(6,4)の変位を許容するように配置されることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項16または請求項17に記載の車両において、
前記ベアリングアーム(12)と前記第2の車体部分(2)の間に、これらが直接接触することを防止し、動作中に前記第2の車体部分(2)と前記ベアリングアーム(12)の間で高周期振動が伝達された場合に振動を減衰するための弾性部材(18)を備えることを特徴とする車両。
