  14. 前記電気活性ポリマー・アクチュエータが、イオン交換ポリマー金属複合物質である、請求項１３記載のデバイス。
  15. 前記体腔が、尿道、下部食道、下部胃腸管又は直腸である、請求項１３記載のデバイス。
  16. 組織成長を防止するための被覆をさらに含む、請求項１３記載の移植可能制御デバイス。
  17. 組織成長を促進するための被覆をさらに含む、請求項１３記載の括約筋。
