Claims (14)
- 調整機構(11)を動作させるために電気的に操作可能なアクチュエータ(15)を有し、運転中の障害により運転停止が生じた場合に、カム軸(12)を基本位置又は非常時運転位置に動かすことできるクランクシャフトに対する前記カム軸(12)の位相位置を調整するカム軸調整装置において、
前記調整機構(11)を前記基本位置又は前記非常時運転位置に動かすために、前記アクチュエータ(15)に、前記アクチュエータ(15)の通常運転時の供給源とは別のエネルギー供給源(19,22)によってエネルギーを供給することを特徴とするカム軸調整装置。 - 前記別のエネルギー供給源(19,22)がエネルギー貯蔵器(19)を含み、該エネルギー貯蔵器(19)によって、前記アクチュエータ(15)に短時間エネルギーを供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 前記別のエネルギー供給源(19,22)は、エンジン制御ユニット(23)によって作動が制御させることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵器(19)がバッテリーであることを特徴とする請求項2あるいは3に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵器(19)がキャパシタであることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 前記別のエネルギー供給源(19,22)が、車両の電気系統(16)へ接続(22)され、この接続は前記運転時の供給源から分離していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 前記調整機構(11)は、前記アクチュエータ(15)にエネルギー供給されない状態になると第1の停止位置に自動的に移動するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(15)が、電気ブレーキの形態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(15)がヒステリシスブレーキであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 前記ヒステリシスブレーキが、該ヒステリシスブレーキの界磁コイル(26)に運転上の障害が生じた場合に用いられる別の補助コイル(27)を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のカム軸調整装置。
- 調整機構(11)を動作させるために電気的に操作可能なアクチュエータ(15)を有し、運転上の障害により運転停止が生じた場合に、カム軸(12)を基本位置又は非常時運転位置に動かすようにした、クランクシャフトに対する前記カム軸(12)の位相位置を調整するカム軸調整装置の制御方法において、
前記調整機構(11)を前記基本位置又は前記非常時運転位置に動かすために、前記アクチュエータ(15)に、前記アクチュエータ(15)の通常運転時の供給源とは別のエネルギー供給源(19,22)によってエネルギーを供給させるよう制御することを特徴とする制御方法。 - 前記調整機構(11)は、エネルギー供給されない状態においては、第1の停止位置に自動的に移動することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記調整機構(11)を、前記別のエネルギー供給源(19,22)から電力供給することができる前記アクチュエータ(15)によって第2の停止位置の方向に動かし、その際ロック装置と交差させることを特徴とする請求項11あるいは12に記載の方法。
- 前記調整機構(11)を前記ロック位置に堅固に保持することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
