Claims (22)
- 熱抽出機、特に熱ポンプの作動方法であって、前記熱抽出機は、冷媒を有する閉回路(10)を含み、該閉回路には蒸発器(12)、圧縮機(14)、凝縮器(16)および膨張弁(18)、特に電気的に作動する膨張弁が順次配置され、圧縮機領域内の冷媒温度、特に圧縮端温度は過熱調整装置(32)によって、危険な上限温度を超えないように少なくとも断続的に調整されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記熱抽出機の前記周辺温度、特に前記熱抽出機外側温度が計測され、前記調整に考慮されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮機(14) 領域内の前記冷媒温度、特に前記圧縮機出口の前記冷媒温度は、前記冷媒温度を調整するために計測されることを特徴とする請求項1または、2記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮機領域内の前記冷媒温度は、前記蒸発器(12)の前記冷媒温度の前記過熱を変えることによって調整されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮機(14) 領域内で計測された前記冷媒温度、特に前記圧縮端温度が、所定の目標温度を超えた場合、前記過熱が減じられることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記過熱は、前記熱抽出機の前記周辺温度、特に前記熱抽出機外側温度に応じて調整されることを特徴とする請求項4または、5記載の方法。
- 前記過熱は、前記膨張弁(18)の制御に応じて変化することを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮機領域内の前記冷媒温度は、前記圧縮機(14)内の前記冷媒の分離冷却によって減じられることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮機領域内の前記冷媒温度は、前記圧縮機(14)の冷却、特に出口領域内の冷却により低下することを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮機(14)は、液体冷媒を前記圧縮機(14)へ導入することにより冷却されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 液体冷媒、特に前記圧縮機(14)の前記出口領域内の液体冷媒は、圧縮された冷媒中に導入されることを特徴とする請求項8から10記載の方法。
- 前記液体冷媒は、凝縮器(16)の下流の回路(10)から分岐して、前記圧縮機(14)へ導入されることを特徴とする請求項10または、11記載の方法。
- 熱抽出機、特に熱ポンプであって、冷媒を有する閉回路(10)を含み、該閉回路には蒸発器(12)、圧縮機(14)、凝縮器(16)および膨張弁(18)、特に電気的に作動される膨張弁が順次配置され、過熱制御装置(32)は、前記圧縮機領域内の冷媒の温度、特に前記圧縮端温度の温度が、危険上限温度を上回らないように前記温度を少なくとも経時的に調整することを特徴とする熱抽出機。
- 前記過熱制御装置に接続された第1温度センサ(40)が、圧縮機(14)の下流の前記冷媒温度、特に前記圧縮端温度を計測するために設けられることを特徴とする請求項13記載の熱抽出機。
- 前記第1温度センサ(46)は、前記圧縮機出口領域内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項14記載の熱抽出機。
- 前記過熱制御装置に接続された第2温度センサ(38)が、前記熱抽出機の前記周囲温度、特に前記熱抽出機外側温度を計測するために設けられたことを特徴とする請求項13から15のいずれか記載の熱抽出機。
- 前記膨張弁(18)は、過熱調整装置(32)による冷媒の可変制御、特に天候に応じた制御ができるように制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項13から16のいずれか記載の熱抽出機。
- 前記圧縮機(14)に前記液体冷媒を導入することができるようにする手段(28,29,30,31)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項13から16のいずれか記載の熱抽出機。
- 注入ライン(29)が前記圧縮機(14)に接続され、該注入ライン(29)を通って液体冷媒が前記圧縮機(14)に導入されることができることを特徴とする請求項18記載の熱抽出機。
- 制限部材(31)が前記注入ライン(29)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項18または、請求項19記載の冷却装置。
- 前記手段が、前記過熱調整装置(32)により制御可能なソレノイド弁(30)を含み、冷却剤ライン(28)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項18または、20記載の熱抽出機。
- 前記冷媒ライン(28)の一端が、前記凝縮器(16)の下流で前記冷媒回路(10)に接続され、前記冷媒ライン(28)の他端が前記注入ライン(29)の接続されることを特徴とする請求項21記載の熱抽出機。
