Abstract
Description
LiFeIIPO4 ←→ FeIIIPO4+Li++e−
−リチウム層間化合物の少なくとも一種の前駆体と、微結晶に対して化学的に安定であり且つ微結晶の形成中に微結晶の成長を制限するように構成された特定の追加の化合物との均質混合物を形成する工程と、
−微結晶の形態の前記リチウム層間化合物を合成するための前記均質混合物を熱処理し、それぞれ前記リチウム層間化合物と前記追加の化合物により形成された少なくとも2つの相を含んでなる複合材料を得る工程と、
−前記複合材料を賦形して電極を得る工程と、
を少なくとも含んでなるリチウム電池用電極の製造方法により達成される。
Claims (15)
- 微結晶から構成されているリチウム層間化合物を少なくとも含んでなるリチウム電池用電極の製造方法であって、少なくとも
−前記リチウム層間化合物の少なくとも一種の前駆体と、微結晶に対して化学的に安定であり且つ微結晶の形成中に微結晶の成長を制限するように構成された特定の追加の化合物との均質混合物を形成する工程と、
−微結晶の形態の前記リチウム層間化合物を合成するための前記均質混合物を熱処理し、それぞれ前記リチウム層間化合物と前記追加の化合物により形成された少なくとも2つの相を含んでなる複合材料を得る工程と、
−前記複合材料を賦形して前記電極を得る工程と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記追加の化合物が、マンガン、カルシウム、イットリウム、ランタン、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、タンタル、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、アルミニウム、セリウム、鉄、ホウ素及びケイ素から選択される少なくとも一種の化学元素の酸化物、窒化物、炭化物、ホウ化物及びケイ化物を含んでなる群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追加の化合物は、Y2O3、Al2O3、TiO2、ZrO2、CeO2、HfO2、Cr2O3、La2O3、Fe2O3、FeAl2O4、CaO、MgO、MgAl2O4、MgCr2O4、及びY2TiO5、TiC、B4C、SiC、ZrC、WC、NbC及びTaC、TiN、BN、Si3N4及びAIN、Tib2及びVB2及びMoSi2を含んでなる群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記賦形工程が、前記複合材料を金属支持体に適用することを少なくとも含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、炭素及び金属から選択されたさらなる化合物を、前記熱処理工程と前記賦形工程との間で前記複合材料に添加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法により得られた電極であって、それぞれ微結晶リチウム層間化合物、及び微結晶に対して化学的に安定であり且つ微結晶の形成中に微結晶の成長を制限するように構成された追加の化合物により形成された少なくとも2相を含んでなる複合材料を少なくとも含んでなることを特徴とする、電極。
- 追加の化合物の割合とリチウム層間化合物の割合との間の重量比が、0.2以下であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電極。
- 前記複合材料における前記微結晶のサイズが、2μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項6及び7のいずれか1項に記載の電極。
- 前記複合材料における前記微結晶のサイズが、200nm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電極。
- 前記追加の化合物が、厚さが200nm以下の膜の形態であり、前記微結晶が分散されていることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電極。
- 前記膜の厚さが、20nm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電極。
- 前記追加の化合物が、直径が200nm以下の粒子の形態であり、前記微結晶を分離していることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電極。
- 前記追加の化合物の粒子の直径が20nm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電極。
- 少なくとも請求項6〜13のいずれか1項に記載の第一電極と、電解質と、第二電極とを含んでなるリチウム電池であって、前記第二電極は、金属リチウム、リチウム合金、リチウム合金とリチウム酸化物とのナノサイズ混合物、リチウムとチタンを含有するスピネル構造の材料、窒化リチウム遷移金属、炭素及びリチウム層間化合物から選択された少なくとも一種の材料を含んでなることを特徴とする、リチウム電池。
- 前記電解質が、少なくともLi+カチオンを含有する塩を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のリチウム電池。
