Description
(技術課題)
この方法により、従って、コイルが同一の性能項目およびある一定のパラメーター値により制約される大きなコイル角度でのみ作動するよう強いられる。
こうして製作される管は前記の樹脂重合化の確保用加熱器の頭部を横断する通行を受ける。
管の直径は頭部で与えられ全体に関して一定である。
この構成によりほどほどの高性能である3層による最低の実施形態が構成される。
実施形態例がさらに最適化されるためには、本発明による方法は極端に高性能な管に通ずることになる二重の中間層を伴う複雑な層の連続が見込まれる。
こうして製造出荷時に得られる管は0.05ミリ/メーター未満の直線度を有する。

Claims (9)
- 次の段階の連続、すなわち、引張応力を支持する1方向0度の糸布あるいは織物が含まれる駆動層の引抜成形による設置、管の長手方向軸に関して+5度と+60度の間あるいはー5度とー60度の間に含まれる角度で設置されるn本の糸が含まれる層2の該第1層上への引抜成形による設置、管の長手軸に関してー5度とー60度あるいは+5度と+60度の間に含まれる角度でかつ該層2と必ず符合の反対の角度で設置されるn本の糸が含まれる層2'の該層2上への引抜成形による設置、ならびに0度の角度の1方向の層3の該2'層上への引抜成形による設置、ならびにこれら全体のその後の重合化からなることを特徴とする事前樹脂浸透あるいは直接樹脂浸透の糸の層の重ね合わせによる引抜成形による複合材料管の製造方法
- 次の連続した層の設置、すなわち、0度の1方向層の引抜成形による層1、±5度と±60度の間に含まれる角度でn本の糸が引抜成形による層2、±5度と±60度の間に含まれる角度でかつ該層2と必ず符合が反対である角度であるn本の糸の引抜成形による層2'、0度の1方向層の引抜成形による層3、±5度と±60度の間に含まれる角度のn本の糸の引抜成形による層4、±5度と±60度の間に含まれる角度でかつ該層4と必ず符合が反対であるn本の糸の引抜成形による層4' という中間層の重なりを伴うと同時に、その後これら全体の重合化を伴う複合的な層の連続が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1による複合材料管の製造方法
- 仕上げの最終層が最後の層に設置される追加の段階が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは請求項2のいずれかの請求項による複合材料管の製造方法
- 仕上げの最終層として1方向の糸の層が設置されることを特徴とする請求項3による複合材料管の加工方法
- 仕上げの最終層として薄布が設置されることを特徴とする請求項3による複合材料管の製造方法
- 請求項1から請求項5までの任意の請求項による方法で実施されて得られる複合材料管
- 曲げ弾性係数Eが少なくとも300GPaを示すことを特徴とする請求項6による複合材料管
- 1方向糸の層3に少なくとも50%の炭素が含まれることを特徴とする請求項6あるいは請求項7による複合材料管
- 層の配分が、牽引層1に全糸量の20%が含まれ、層2、2'層4,4'と名付けられる中間層に全糸量の30%が含まれるとともに、1方向の層3に全糸量の50%が含まれるという割合で実施されることを特徴とする請求項6、請求項7あるいは請求項8による複合材料管
