- 放射線源と、該放射線源によって発せられる光の一部を吸収して、該吸収された光の波長とは異なる波長の光を発することができる少なくとも1つの燐光体を含む蛍光物質とを含み、前記少なくとも1つの燐光体は、一般式がEA2−zSi5−aAlaN8−aOa:Euzのユーロピウム(II)活性化オキソニトリドアルミノシリケートであり、ここで、0<a≦2及び0<z≦0.2であり、且つ、EAは、カルシウム、バリウム及びストロンチウムの群から選択される少なくとも1つのアルカリ土類金属である、照明システム。
- 前記放射線源はソリッドステート発光ダイオードである、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記放射線源は、ピーク発光波長が400から495nmの範囲の発光を有する発光ダイオードから選択される、黄色、琥珀色又は赤色の光の生成のための請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記蛍光物質は第2の燐光体を含む、請求項3に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の燐光体は、0≦x≦1及び0<y≦0.2としたときのCa1−x−ySrxS:Euyと、0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1及び0<z≦0.2としたときの(Sr1−x−yBaxCay)2Si5N8:Euzとの群から選択された赤色燐光体である、請求項4に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の燐光体は、0≦x≦1及び0<y≦0.2としたときの(CaxSr1−x−y)2SiO4:Euyと、0≦x≦1及び0<y≦0.2としたときの(SrxBa1−x−y)2SiO4:Euyと、0≦x≦1及び0<y≦0.2としたときの(Sr1−x−yBax)Ga2S4:Euyと、0≦x≦1、0<y≦0.2、0≦z≦1及び0≦a≦0.5としたときの(Y1−x−y−zGdxLuz)3(Al1−aGaa)5O12:Ceyと、ZnS:Cuと、CaS:Ce,Clと、SrSi2N2O2:Euとを含む群から選択された黄色から緑色の燐光体である、請求項4に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の燐光体は、BaMgAl10O17:Euと、Ba5SiO4(Cl,Br)6:Euと、CaLa2S4:Ceと、(Sr,Ba,Ca)5(PO4)3Cl:Euと、LaSi3N5:Ceとの群から選択された青色燐光体である、請求項4に記載の照明システム。
- 前記放射線源は、ピーク発光波長が200から420nmのUV範囲の発光を有する発光ダイオードから選択される、黄色、琥珀色又は赤色の光の生成のための請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記蛍光物質は第2の燐光体を含む、請求項8に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の燐光体は、0≦x≦1及び0<y≦0.2としたときのCa1−x−ySrxS:Euyと、0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1及び0<z≦0.2としたときの(Sr1−x−yBaxCay)2Si5N8:Euzとの群から選択された赤色燐光体である、請求項8に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の燐光体は、0≦x≦1及び0<y≦0.2としたときの(CaxSr1−x−y)2SiO4:Euyと、0≦x≦1及び0<y≦0.2としたときの(SrxBa1−x−y)2SiO4:Euyと、0≦x≦1及び0<y≦0.2としたときの(Sr1−x−yBax)Ga2S4:Euyと、0≦x≦1、0<y≦0.2、0≦z≦1及び0≦a≦0.5としたときの(Y1−x−y−zGdxLuz)3(Al1−aGaa)5O12:Ceyと、ZnS:Cuと、CaS:Ce,Clと、SrSi2N2O2:Euとを含む群から選択された黄色から緑色の燐光体である、請求項8に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の燐光体は、BaMgAl10O17:Euと、Ba5SiO4(Cl,Br)6:Euと、CaLa2S4:Ceと、(Sr,Ba,Ca)5(PO4)3Cl:Euと、LaSi3N5:Ceとの群から選択された青色燐光体である、請求項8に記載の照明システム。
- 放射線源によって発せられる光の一部を吸収して、該吸収された光の波長とは異なる波長の光を発することができる燐光体であって、一般式がEA2−zSi5−aAlaN8−aOa:Euzのユーロピウム(II)活性化オキソニトリドアルミノシリケートであり、ここで、0<a≦2及び0<z≦0.2であり、且つ、EAは、カルシウム、バリウム及びストロンチウムの群から選択される少なくとも1つのアルカリ土類金属である、燐光体。
- イッテルビウム及びサマリウムの群から選択された共活性剤を更に含む、請求項13に記載の燐光体。
