Abstract
Description

(5)圧力下の流体を、周囲の溶接されていない領域から、溶接された2つのプレート間に注入して、接合部と接合部との間に熱伝達流体の循環のための空間を形成するステップと、
(6)形成された円筒形部を2つのベース部に固定して、コンテナを閉じ、熱伝達流体の圧力を、圧力下の流体の圧力に調整するための手段を取り付けステップと、を有し、ステップ(6)は、ステップ(5)の完全に又は部分的に前、又は、その後に行われる、方法であることが有利である。
Claims (16)
- 圧力下の流体を熱的に調整するためのコンテナであって、
コンテナは、その外部に面する表面の少なくとも一部分にわたって、少なくとも1枚の外プレートによって境界が定められ、その内部に面する表面の少なくとも一部分にわたって、少なくとも1枚の内プレートによって境界が定められ、前記外プレートは前記内プレートより厚く、前記外プレートと前記内プレートとが複数の箇所で互いに接合され、接合部と接合部との間に、熱伝達流体の循環のための空間が構成され、
熱伝達流体の圧力を圧力下の流体の圧力に調整するように構成された手段を有するコンテナ。 - 前記接合部は、レーザ溶接された接合部である、請求項1に記載のコンテナ。
- 前記内プレートは、前記接合部において前記外プレートに接する、請求項1又は2に記載のコンテナ。
- 前記内プレートは、最大2.5mmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のコンテナ。
- 前記コンテナは実質的に回転円筒形態である、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のコンテナ。
- 前記熱伝達流体の循環のために接合部と接合部との間に構成された前記空間は、垂直方向チャネルの形態を有し、
前記空間において且つ前記コンテナの円筒形部分の軸線に対して垂直な平面において、前記内プレートの変曲点の1つに対する接線と、前記内プレートの対応する接合部における前記外プレートに対する接線との間に作られる角度が80°より少ないか又はこれに等しいことが有利である、請求項5に記載のコンテナ。 - 圧力下の流体の熱的調節のための請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のコンテナの使用。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のコンテナからなる化学反応器。
- 前記化学反応器は重合反応器である、請求項8に記載の化学反応器。
- 前記化学反応器は少なくとも20m3の容積を有する、請求項8に記載の化学反応器。
- 前記化学反応器は、塩化ビニルを重合するための化学反応器である、請求項9又は10に記載の化学反応器。
- 請求項9〜11の何れか1項に記載の化学反応器を用いることを特徴とする重合プロセス。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のコンテナ又は請求項8〜11の何れか1項に記載の反応器を製造する方法であって、
(1)一方が他方よりも厚い2つのプレートを向かい合わせて配置するステップと、
(2)溶接されない領域を残すように2つのプレートの周囲を溶接するステップと、
(3)ステップ(2)の後、2つのプレートを、循環チャネルの望ましい幾何学的形状に従って溶接するステップと、
(4)コンテナ及び反応器の望ましい形態に応じて、必要な容積を得るために、外プレートを構成する厚い方のプレートを前記容積の外側に配置し且つ内プレートを構成する薄いプレートを前記容積の内側に配置して、溶接された2つのプレートで構成された組立体、又は、溶接された2つのプレートを互いに固定した幾つかの組立体を所望の形態に形成するステップと、
(5)圧力下の流体を、周囲の溶接されていない領域から、溶接された2つのプレート間に注入して、接合部と接合部との間に熱伝達流体の循環のための空間を形成するステップと、
(6)追加しなければならない任意の装置部品を選択的に取り付けて、コンテナ及び反応器を閉じ、熱伝達流体の圧力を圧力下の流体の圧力に調整するための手段を取り付けるステップと、を有し、ステップ(6)は、ステップ(5)の完全に又は部分的に前に、又は、その後に行われる、方法。 - 前記ステップ(2)と前記ステップ(3)において、前記2つのプレートがレーザ溶接によって溶接される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(3)における溶接は、垂直方向チャネル又は水平方向チャネルを構成するように実行される、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 圧力下の流体を注入する前記ステップ(5)の前、前記内プレートの表面に表面処理を行うステップ(ステップT)を有する、請求項13〜15の何れか1項に記載の方法。
