Claims (14)
- 熱可塑性ポリマー、特にPET、から作成されたブランク材から容器を製造するためのブロー成形またはストレッチブロー成形装置であって、金型(1)の成形用キャビティ(5)内に配置されたブランク材(9)へと加圧流体を吹き込むための釣り鐘ノズル型の吹き込みノズル(18)を備え、前記ノズル(18)は、ブロー成形の際に、金型(1)の一表面(6)に設けられた支持プレートの前面に当接して気密に支持され、かつ、環状のフランジ(22)によって前記表面(6)上に支持されるのに適し、かつ、前記ブランク材の本体(26)が前記成形用のキャビティ(5)内に位置した状態で、前記ブランク材(9)の前記表面(6)から現れる首部(8)を覆うために適した釣り鐘状の端部を有し、
支持プレートが、ノズル(18)の端部の外形の形状に類似した形状の外形を有するリング状(25)であり、前記リングが、金型(1)の前記表面(6)に設けられたガター(24)内に係合し、ブランク材(9)の首部(8)が通過する開口(7)を、間隙を介して囲むことを特徴とする、装置。 - ノズル(18)の端部が円形であり、
リング(25)が環状であり、収容用のガター(24)が、環状であって、ブランク材(9)の首部(8)が通過する開口(7)と同心であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 金型(1)が、お互いから分離できる少なくとも2つの半金型(3a、3b)を備えており、それぞれの半金型(3a、3b)に、それぞれの1つの半環状の半リング(25a、25b)を収容するために適した半環状のガター部(24a、24b)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 金型(1)が、互いに分離できる2つの半金型(3a、3b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- リング(25)が金属製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- リング(25)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- リング(25)が合成材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- ブランク材からのブロー成形またはストレッチブロー成形によって、熱可塑性材料、特にPET、から作成された容器を製造するため、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置に備え付けられるように設計されており、成形用のキャビティ(5)と連通する開口(7)と、吹き込み用釣り鐘ノズルの前端を支持するために適し前記開口(7)を画定する支持プレートとが設けられている表面(6)を有している金型(1)であって、
支持プレートが、ノズル(18)の端部の外形に類似した形状の外形を有するリング状(25)であり、前記リング(25)が、金型(1)の前記表面(6)に設けられたガター(24)内に係合し、前記開口(7)を、間隙を介して囲んでいることを特徴とする、金型。 - リング(25)が環状であり、収容用のガター(24)が環状であって、ブランク材(9)の首部(8)が通過する開口(7)と同心であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の金型。
- お互いから分離できる少なくとも2つの半金型(3a、3b)を備え、それぞれの半金型(3a、3b)に、それぞれの1つの半環状の半リング(25a、25b)を収容するために適した半環状のガター部(24a、24b)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の金型。
- 互いに分離できる2つの半金型(3a、3b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の金型。
- リング(25)が金属製であることを特徴とする、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の金型。
- リング(25)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の金型。
- リング(25)が合成材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の金型。
