Abstract
본 발명에 따른 주형을 제조하기 위한 장치는, 주형틀(13)이 장착되어 있는 성형판(12)을 운반하기 위해서 주물사가 공급되는 지역과 주형이 제조되는 지역의 사이에서 이동가능한 테이블(7)과, 상기 테이블을 수직방향으로 이동시키기 위한 실린더(9)와, 상기 주형틀의 상부에 형성되어 있는 개방부와 소통하도록 하부에 개방부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 개방부가 형성되어 있는 상기 하부에서의 횡단면적이 상부에서의 횡단면적 보다 작아지도록 계단 형태의 단이 중간부에 형성되어 있는 밀폐덮개(18)와, 상기 밀폐덮개의 상부와 소통하는 적어도 하나의 공기공급관(28)과, 상기 공기공급관의 내부로 외부공기를 유입시키도록 상기 공기공급관과 소통하는 공기벨브(29)와, 진공원(27)과 소통하도록 상기 공기공급관의 상부의 측면에 형성되어 있는 구멍(24)과, 그리고 상기 밀폐덮개의 상기 하부내로 기밀식으로 삽입될 수 있도록 상기 밀폐덮개내에 수직방향으로 이동가능하게 지지되어 있는 압력판(23)을 포함하고 있다.

제1도는 주물사가 공급되는 상태로 도시되어 있는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 장치를 부분단면으로 나타낸 개략적인 정면도이다.
제2도는 폐쇄공간이 아직 형성되지 않은 상태로 도시되어 있는 본 발명에 따른 장치를 부분단면으로 나타낸 개략적인 측면도이다.
제3도는 폐쇄공감이 형성된 직후의 상태로 도시되어 있는 본 발명에 따른 장치를 부분단면으로 나타낸 개략적인 정면도이다.
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 장치에 사용되는 공기공급관 및 공기밸브의 개략적인 확대 평면도이다.
제6도는 제5도에 도시되어 있는 공기공급관 및 공기밸브의 개략적인 확대 측단면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 주형을 제조하기 위한 장치로서, 주형틀(13)이 장착되어 있는 성형판(12)을 운반하기 위해서 주물사가 공급되는 지역과 주형이 제조되는 지역의 사이에서 이동가능한 테이블(7)과, 상기 테이블을 수직방향으로 이동시키기 위한 실린더(9)와, 상기 주형틀의 상부에 형성되어 있는 개방부와 소통하도록 하부에 개방부가 형성되어 있고 상기 개방부가 형성되어 있는 상기 하부에서의 횡단면적이 상부에서의 횡단면적보다 작아지도록 계단형태의 단이 중간부에 형성되어 있는 밀폐덮개(18)와, 상기 밀폐덮개의 상부와 소통하는 적어도 하나의 공기공급관(28)과, 상기 공기공급관의 내부로 외부공기를 유입시키도록 상기 공기공급관과 소통하는 공기밸브(29)와, 진공원(27)과 소통하도록 상기 공기공급관의 상부의 측면에 형성되어 있는 구멍(24)과, 그리고 상기 밀폐덮개의 상기 하부내로 기밀식으로 삽입될수 있도록 상기 밀폐덮개내에 수직방향으로 이동가능하게 지지되어 있는 입력판(23)을 포함하고 있는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기밸브(29)가 링 형상으로 형성되어있는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기밸브가 원주방향으로 배열되어 있는 다수의 구멍을 갖추고 있는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력판과 상기 밀폐덮개 사이의 간격이 30㎝ 이상인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력판의 비중이 30g/㎝ 이상인 장치※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
