Claims (9)
- ブランク材からのブロー成形またはストレッチブロー成形によって、熱可塑性材料から作成された容器を製造するための金型(1)であって、該金型が、成形用のキャビティ(5)と連通する開口(7)が設けられるとともに、前記開口(7)を画定し、吹き込み用釣り鐘ノズルの前端を支持するのに適した支持プレートが備えられた表面(6)を有しており、
支持プレートが、ノズル(18)の端部の外形に類似した形状の外形を有するリング状(25)であり、前記リング(25)が、金型(1)の前記表面(6)に設けられたガター(24)内に係合し、前記開口(7)を、該開口から間隙を空けて、取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、金型。 - リング(25)が環状であり、収容用のガター(24)が環状であって、ブランク材(9)の首部(8)が通過する開口(7)と同心であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金型。
- お互いから分離できる少なくとも2つの半金型(3a、3b)を備え、それぞれの半金型(3a、3b)に、それぞれの1つの半環状の半リング(25a、25b)を収容するために適した半環状のガター部(24a、24b)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の金型。
- 互いに分離できる2つの半金型(3a、3b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の金型。
- リング(25)が金属製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の金型。
- リング(25)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の金型。
- リング(25)が合成材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の金型。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーから作成されたブランク材から容器を製造するためのブロー成形またはストレッチブロー成形装置であって、金型(1)の成形用キャビティ(5)内に配置されたブランク材(9)へと加圧流体を吹き込むための釣り鐘ノズル型の吹き込みノズル(18)を備え、前記ノズル(18)は、ブロー成形の際に、金型(1)の一表面(6)に設けられた支持プレートの前面に当接して気密に支持され、かつ、環状のフランジ(22)によって前記表面(6)上に支持されるのに適し、かつ、前記ブランク材の本体(26)が前記成形用のキャビティ(5)内に位置した状態で、前記ブランク材(9)の前記表面(6)から現れる首部(8)を覆うために適した釣り鐘状の端部を有し、
金型が請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の金型であることを特徴とする、装置。 - ノズル(18)の端部が円形であり、リング(25)が環状であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
