Abstract
【解決手段】駆動軸18と,これに固設されて弁体8の移動方向に回動し得る駆動レバー23と,弁体8に固設される従動アーム24と,リンク25と,このリンク25の一端部を駆動レバー23に連結する第1連結軸26と,同リンク25の他端部を従動アーム24に連結する第2連結軸27とよりなり,駆動レバー23の回動により弁体8を第1位置Aから第2位置Bへと移動するに伴ない,第1連結軸26の中心26cが駆動軸18及び第2連結軸27の両中心18c,27c間を結ぶ直線28に一側方から接近し,弁体8が第2位置Bに到達した後は,第1連結軸26の中心26cが直線28上の死点を他側方へ越えるように,駆動レバー23を更に所定角度回動を進める。

Claims (5)
- 支持体(M)に弁体(8)を,所定の第1及び第2位置(A,B)間で移動し得るように取り付け,この弁体(8)をアクチュエータ(21)により駆動するようにした弁作動装置において,
支持体(M)に回転自在に支持されてアクチュエータ(21)に連結される駆動軸(18)と,この駆動軸(18)に固設されて弁体(8)の移動方向に回動し得る駆動レバー(23)と,弁体(8)に固設される従動アーム(24)と,リンク(25)と,このリンク(25)の一端部を前記駆動レバー(23)に回動可能に連結する第1連結軸(26)と,同リンク(25)の他端部を前記従動アーム(24)に回動可能に連結する第2連結軸(27)とよりなり,前記駆動レバー(23)の回動により弁体(8)を第1位置(A)から第2位置(B)へと移動するに伴ない,前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記駆動軸(18)及び前記第2連結軸(27)の両中心(18c,27c)間を結ぶ直線(28)に一側方から接近し,弁体(8)が第2位置(B)に到達した後は,前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点を他側方へ越えるように,前記駆動レバー(23)を更に所定角度回動を進めることを特徴とする弁作動装置。 - 請求項1記載の弁作動装置において,
弁体(8)に当接して,その第2位置(B)を規定する部分(4a)に弾性を付与し,前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点を他側方へ越えるまでに,前記部分(4a)に圧縮変形を与えることを特徴とする弁作動装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の弁作動装置において,
前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点をその他側方へ越えてから前記駆動レバー(23)の回動を停止する位置を調節可能としたことを特徴とする弁作動装置。 - 空気入口(1)に連通するサージ室(2)と,このサージ室(2)の一側壁を迂回し て上流端部(3a)及び下流端部(3b)を該サージ室(2)に開口する第1吸気路(3)と,この第1吸気路(3)の下流端部(3b)に間隔を開けて対向するように上流端部(4a)を前記サージ室(2)に開口すると共に下流端部(4b)をエンジン(E)の吸気ポート(5)に連ねる第2吸気路(4)とで吸気マニフォルド(M)を構成し,前記第1及び第2吸気路(3,4)の対向端部(3b,4a)の一方の第1吸気路端部(3b)に,他方の第2吸気路端部(4a)から離間した第1位置(B)及び該第2吸気路端部(4a)に接する第2位置(A)間を移動するスリーブ型の弁体(8)を摺動自在に嵌合し,この弁体(8)に,弁作動装置(10)を介してアクチュエータ(21)を連結した,エンジンの吸気制御装置において,
前記弁作動装置(10)を,前記吸気マニフォルド(M)に回転自在に支持されてアクチュエータ(21)に連結される駆動軸(18)と,この駆動軸(18)に固設されて弁体(8)の移動方向に回動し得る駆動レバー(23)と,弁体(8)に固設される従動アーム(24)と,リンク(25)と,このリンク(25)の一端部を前記駆動レバー(23)に回動可能に連結する第1連結軸(26)と,同リンク(25)の他端部を前記従動アーム(24)に回動可能に連結する第2連結軸(27)とより構成し,前記駆動レバー(23)の回動により弁体(8)を第1位置(A)から第2位置(B)へと移動するに伴ない,前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記駆動軸(18)及び前記第2連結軸(27)の両中心(18c,27c)間を結ぶ直線(28)に一側方から接近し,弁体(8)が第2位置(B)に到達した後は,前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点を他側方へ越えるように,前記駆動レバー(23)を更に所定角度回動を進めることを特徴とする,エンジンの吸気制御装置。 - 請求項4記載のエンジンの吸気制御装置において,
弁体(8)の第2位置(B)で互いに当接する弁体(8)と前記第2吸気路端部(4a)との当接部の少なくとも一方を弾性部材(4a)で構成し,前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点を他側方へ越えるまでに,前記弾性部材(4a)に圧縮変形を与えることを特徴とする,エンジンの吸気制御装置。
