Abstract
【解決手段】微細磁粉が懸濁した検査液の緩やかな流れを確保しながら適切に試験面に供給することと、検査液の流動を確保しつつ沈殿した磁粉を除去することが必要となるので、検査液の噴出と循環を切り替えする三方弁と、エアーの噴出と検査液攪拌を切り替える三方弁を備えている磁粉検査液噴出装置を用いる。

Description
キズにより発生している磁極に検査液中の微細な磁粉を適切に吸着して集積させるには、第一に検査液の中で磁粉が泳動できキズに発生している磁極に移動できること、第二に検査液は、キズに吸着して集積したもの以外の微細磁粉が沈殿しないように穏やかに流動すること、などが必要である。しかしながら、検査液の中の磁粉は時間の経過と共に沈殿7し、鋼面のキズによる吸着して集積による模様を不鮮明なものにしている。

Claims (2)
- 磁粉探傷試験において、微細磁粉が懸濁した検査液の緩やかな流れを確保しながら適切に試験面に供給することと、検査液の流動を確保しつつ沈殿した磁粉を除去することを目的として、検査液の噴出と循環を切り替えする三方弁と、エアーの噴出と検査液攪拌を切り替える三方弁を備えていることを特徴とした磁粉検査液噴出装置
- 請求項1の磁粉検査液噴出装置において、同心円の中央に検査液供給ノズルを配し、その周囲にエアー噴射ノズルを配したことを特徴とする磁粉検査液噴出装置
