Abstract
【解決手段】物品の製造方法において、内部流路及びその内部流路に連通する液室に内部流路を介して充填された液体を液滴として噴射する液滴噴射ヘッドに対して、内部流路及び液室に分散媒を充填する工程(ステップS2)と、分散媒が充填された液滴噴射ヘッドの内部流路及び液室に分散媒に換えて、粒子を含有する分散液を充填する工程(ステップS5)と、分散液が充填された液滴噴射ヘッドにより被塗布物に液滴を塗布する工程(ステップS6)とを有することである。

本発明の第1の実施の形態について図1乃至図4を参照して説明する。
本発明の第2の実施の形態について図5を参照して説明する。本発明の第2の実施の形態では、第1の実施の形態と異なる部分について説明する。なお、第2の実施の形態においては、第1の実施の形態で説明した部分と同一部分に同一符号を付し、その説明も省略する。
なお、本発明は、前述の実施の形態に限るものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変更可能である。
Claims (2)
- 内部流路及びその内部流路に連通する液室に前記内部流路を介して充填された液体を液滴として噴射する液滴噴射ヘッドに対して、前記内部流路及び前記液室に分散媒を充填する工程と、
前記分散媒が充填された前記液滴噴射ヘッドの前記内部流路及び前記液室に前記分散媒に換えて、粒子を含有する分散液を充填する工程と、
前記分散液が充填された前記液滴噴射ヘッドにより被塗布物に前記液滴を塗布する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする物品の製造方法。 - 前記分散液を充填する工程では、前記分散液の粒子濃度を検出し、検出した前記粒子濃度に応じて、前記分散液に前記分散液と粒子濃度が異なる分散液を加えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の物品の製造方法。
