Abstract
【解決手段】入出力制御部96は、温度センサ13,14から温度値T1,T2をそれぞれ受けて、温度値T1,T2の差の絶対値である温度差ΔTを算出する。入出力制御部96は、温度差ΔTを保つために必要なバッテリ11,12の入力電力(または出力電力)の目標値と、温度値との関係を定めるマップを記憶する。入出力制御部96はこのマップと、温度センサ13,14からそれぞれ受ける温度値T1,T2とに基づいて、バッテリ11,12の各々の入力電力(または出力電力)の目標値を決定する。ハイブリッド制御部92がインバータユニット20、および昇圧コンバータ15を制御することにより、バッテリ11,12に入出力される電力の値は目標値となるように制御される。

力をモータ30からの出力でアシストして、駆動輪80a,80bが駆動される。ECU90は、動力分割機構50による動力分割比率を、全体の効率が最大となるように制御する。

れぞれトルク目標値および回転数目標値となるように駆動信号PWM2を生成してインバータ20−2を制御する。ハイブリッド制御部92は、さらにジェネレータ60およびモータ30の各々のトルク目標値および回転数目標値に基づいて、駆動信号PWCを生成し、昇圧コンバータ15へ出力する。
バッテリ11の消費電力がバッテリ12の消費電力よりも大きければバッテリ11の温度上昇が促進される。これによりバッテリ11の内部抵抗がより小さくなる。バッテリ11,12の消費電力の合計が一定値に保たれていた場合、バッテリ11の内部抵抗がより小さくなることによってバッテリ11に入出力される電力がより大きくなるとともに、バッテリ12に入出力される電力がより小さくなる。よって、バッテリ11,12の温度差が拡大する。
走行させ、そうでなければハイブリッド制御部92は、ハイブリッド車両100をHV走行させる。
図5は、本実施の形態の電気機器の変形例を示す図である。図5および図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両100Aは、電気機器1に代えて電気機器1Aを備える点でハイブリッド車両100と異なる。電気機器1Aは、昇圧コンバータ15に接続されるバッテリ16、および、バッテリ16の温度を検出して温度値T3をECU90に出力する温度センサ17をさらに備える点で電気機器1と異なる。なお、図5に示すECU90の構成は図2に示す構成と同様であるので以後の説明は繰返さない。よって、以下では図2を適宜参照しながら変形例について説明する。
Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載される電気機器であって、
各々が充放電可能な第1および第2の蓄電装置と、
前記第1および第2の蓄電装置とが並列に接続される電力線と、
前記電力線に対して電力を入出力する入出力部と、
前記第1の蓄電装置の温度である第1の温度を検出する第1の温度検出部と、
前記第2の蓄電装置の温度である第2の温度を検出する第2の温度検出部と、
前記第1および第2の温度検出部がそれぞれ検出した前記第1および第2の温度と、前記第1および第2の温度の温度差とに基づいて、前記電力の目標値を設定する目標値設定部と、
前記電力の値が前記目標値となるように前記入出力部を制御する制御部とを備える、電気機器。 - 前記目標値設定部は、前記温度差が所定の値以下で保たれるように、前記目標値を設定する、請求項1に記載の電気機器。
- 前記目標値は、
前記第1の蓄電装置に入出力される電力の第1の目標値と、
前記第2の蓄電装置に入出力される電力の第2の目標値とを含み、
前記目標値設定部は、前記温度差を前記所定の値に保つように前記第1および第2の温度に対して前記第1および第2の目標値をそれぞれ規定するマップを予め記憶するとともに、前記マップと、前記第1および第2の温度検出部がそれぞれ検出した前記第1および第2の温度と、前記温度差とに基づいて、前記第1および第2の目標値を設定する、請求項2に記載の電気機器。 - 前記第1の目標値の前記第1の温度に対する変化率は、前記第1の温度が高くなるにつれて小さくなり、
前記第2の目標値の前記第2の温度に対する変化率は、前記第2の温度が高くなるにつれて小さくなる、請求項3に記載の電気機器。 - 車両に搭載される電気機器の制御方法であって、
前記電気機器は、
各々が充放電可能な第1および第2の蓄電装置と、
前記第1および第2の蓄電装置とが並列に接続される電力線と、
前記電力線に対して電力を入出力する入出力部とを備え、
前記制御方法は、
前記第1の蓄電装置の温度である第1の温度と、前記第2の蓄電装置の温度である第2の温度とを検出するステップと、
前記第1および第2の温度と、前記第1および第2の温度の温度差とに基づいて、前記電力の目標値を設定するステップと、
前記電力の値が前記目標値となるように前記入出力部を制御するステップとを備える、電気機器の制御方法。
