Abstract

电气设备和电气设备的控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电气设备和电气设备的控制方法,尤其涉及搭载在车辆上、且包括多个蓄电装置的电气设备、以及该电气设备的控制方法。
背景技术
近年来出现了这样的车辆,其如电动车、混合动力汽车以及燃料汽车等那样,采用电机作为车辆推进用的驱动源,并安装有对驱动该电机的电力进行储存的大容量电池。
日本特开2003-209969号公报公开了将多个电源级相对于变换器(inverter)并联连接的电源装置。多个电源级的每一个包括电池和双向升降压转换器(boost/buck converter)。在该电源装置中,控制与各电池对应的双向升降压转换器,使得包含在多个电源级的每一个中的电池被均等地充放电。
在为日本特开2003-209969号公报中公开的电源装置的情况下,能够对每个电池控制充放电。但是,由于需要多个转换器,因此电源装置的成本变高。
为了削减成本,考虑将多个电池连接在1个转换器上。但是,这种情况下会导致充放电的控制变得更复杂。特别是,由于电池的内部电阻随温度而发生变化,因此需要在充放电的控制中使温度离差尽量小。
当在多个电池之间存在内部电阻的离差时,内部电阻越小的电池则输入输出越多的电力。因此,该电池的温度会上升。例如在温度越高则电池的内部电阻越小的情况下,内部电阻的离差进一步变大。当以特别高的电流数(rate)(例如10C左右)对电池输入输出电力时,产生这种倾向的可能性变高。在此,1C表示的是用1个小时来充电或者放电理论电池电容的情况下的电池的电流值。
一般而言,当电池温度上升到预先确定的上限值时,为了保护电池而限制该电池的输入输出电力。因此,即便为了得到大容量的电源而具有多个电池,也会导致实际能够输入输出的电力小于设想的大小。为此,需要控制充放电,使得多个电池间的温度离差尽量小。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能够对多个电池间的温度离差的扩大进行抑制的电气设备和电气设备的控制方法。
概略本发明为一种搭载在车辆上的电气设备。电气设备包括:各自可进行充放电的第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置;并联连接第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的电力线;相对于电力线输入输出电力的输入输出部;检测第一蓄电装置的温度的第一温度检测部;检测第二蓄电装置的温度的第二温度检测部;目标值设定部;以及控制部。目标值设定部基于第一温度检测部和第二温度检测部分别检测到的第一蓄电装置的温度和第二蓄电装置的温度、以及第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度差,设定电力的目标值。控制部控制输入输出部,使得电力的值变为目标值。
优选的是,目标值设定部设定目标值,使得第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度差保持在预定值以下。
更优选的是,目标值包括输入输出于第一蓄电装置的电力的第一目标值、和输入输出于第二蓄电装置的电力的第二目标值。目标值设定部为了使第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度差处于预定值以下,预先存储对与第一蓄电装置的温度对应的第一目标值以及与第二蓄电装置的温度对应的第二目标值进行了规定的映射。目标值设定部基于映射、检测到的第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度、以及第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度差,来设定第一目标值和第二目标值。
进一步优选的是,第一目标值相对于第一蓄电装置的温度的变化率,以随着第一蓄电装置的温度变高而变小的方式,由映射确定。第二目标值相对于第二蓄电装置的温度的变化率,以随着第二蓄电装置的温度变高而变小的方式,由映射确定。
根据本发明的其他方式,为一种搭载在车辆上的电气设备的控制方法。电气设备包括各自可进行充放电的第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置、并联连接第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的电力线、相对于电力线输入输出电力的输入输出部。控制方法包括:检测第一蓄电装置的温度和第二蓄电装置的温度的步骤;基于检测到的第一蓄电装置的温度和第二蓄电装置的温度、以及第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度差,设定电力的目标值的步骤;以及控制输入输出部,使得电力的值变为目标值的步骤。
优选的是,在设定目标值的步骤中,设定目标值,使得第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度差保持在预定值以下。
更优选的是,目标值包括输入输出于第一蓄电装置的电力的第一目标值、和输入输出于第二蓄电装置的电力的第二目标值。在设定目标值的步骤中,基于对与第一蓄电装置的温度对应的第一目标值和与第二蓄电装置的温度对应的第二目标值进行了规定的映射、检测到的第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度、以及第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度差,来设定第一目标值和第二目标值,使得第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置的温度差处于预定值以下。
进一步优选的是,第一目标值相对于第一蓄电装置的温度的变化率,以随着第一蓄电装置的温度变高而变小的方式,由映射确定。第二目标值相对于第二蓄电装置的温度的变化率,以随着第二蓄电装置的温度变高而变小的方式,由映射确定。
因此,根据本发明,能够抑制多个电池间的温度离差的扩大。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图详细说明本发明的实施方式。图中相同或者相当的部分标以相同的标号而省略其重复说明。
图1是表示具有本实施方式的电气设备的混合动力车辆100的主要结构的图。参照图1,混合动力车辆100具有电气设备1。电气设备1包括电池11、12、温度传感器13、14、升压转换器15、变换器单元20、电动机(motor,电机)30、发电机(generator)60、ECU(Electronic Control unit,电子控制单元)90。混合动力车辆100还包括发动机40、动力分配机构50、减速器70、驱动轮80a、80b、加速踏板装置110、加速踏板开度传感器120以及车速传感器130。
电池11、12是能够进行充放电的蓄电装置。电池11、12例如由镍氢或锂离子等二次电池构成,并联连接在升压转换器15上。另外,也可以取代二次电池而将电容器用作蓄电装置。
温度传感器13检测电池11的温度,将温度值T1输出到ECU90。温度传感器14检测电池12的温度,将温度值T2输出到ECU90。
升压转换器15对从电池11和电池12接受的直流电压进行升压,将该升压后的直流电压提供给变换器单元20。变换器单元20将从电池11、12提供的直流电压转换为电机30驱动用的交流电压。需说明的是,电池11、12的电压电平可以等于变换器单元20的输入电压电平。此时,电池11、12并联连接在变换器单元20上,从而也可以不设置升压转换器15。
变换器单元20被构成为能够进行双向的电力转换,将电机30的再生制动工作产生的发电电力(交流电压)和发电机60产生的发电电力(交流电压)转换为直流电压。来自变换器单元20的直流电压由升压转换器15转换为适于电池11、12充电的电压,从而对电池11、12进行充电。
发动机40是将汽油等作为燃料的内燃机,将由燃料的燃烧产生的热能转换为成为驱动力的动能来进行输出。动力分配机构50能将来自发动机40的输出分配到经由减速器70向驱动轮80a、80b传递的路径、和向发电机60传递的路径。发电机60利用经由动力分配机构50传递来的来自发动机40的输出而旋转,从而进行发电。发电机60产生的发电电力通过升压转换器15和变换器单元20而被用作电池11、12的充电电力、或者电机30的驱动电力。
电机30利用从变换器单元20提供的交流电压而被旋转驱动,其输出经由减速器70而传递给驱动轮80a、80b。另外,当电机30随着驱动轮80a、80b的减速而旋转的再生制动工作时,电机30作为发电机发挥作用。
加速踏板装置110设定与驾驶者踏下的加速踏板105的踏力对应的加速踏板开度。加速踏板开度传感器120与加速踏板装置110连接,将与加速踏板开度对应的输出电压输出到ECU90。
车速传感器130根据驱动轮80a、80b的转速检测车速,将检测结果输出到ECU90。
在混合动力车辆100中,当出发时和低速行驶时、或者从缓坡驶下时等轻负荷时,为了避开发动机效率较低的区域,不使用发动机40的输出而仅以电机30的输出进行行驶。即,在加速踏板开度较小的区域中,混合动力车辆100仅利用电机30的输出进行行驶。此时,除了需要预热运行的情况之外,使发动机40的运行停止。需说明的是,当需要预热运行时,发动机40怠速运行。
另一方面,当加速踏板开度大于预定值的通常行驶时,发动机40被启动,来自发动机40的输出由动力分配机构50分配为驱动轮80a、80b的驱动力和发电机60的发电用驱动力。发电机60产生的发电电力被用于电机30的驱动。因此,在通常行驶时,用来自电机30的输出辅助发动机40的输出,使驱动轮80a、80b被驱动。ECU90控制基于动力分配机构50的动力分配比率,使得整体效率变为最大。
此外,在高加速时,从电池11、12提供的电力被进一步用于电机30的驱动,驱动轮80a、80b的驱动力进一步增加。
当减速和制动时,电机30由驱动轮80a、80b旋转驱动,从而进行发电。由电机30的再生发电而回收到的电力由变换器单元20转换为直流电压,用于电池11、12的充电。进而,当车辆停止时,发动机40自动停止。
这样,在混合动力车辆100中,通过组合来自发动机40的输出和、来自以电能为能源的电机30的输出,即根据车辆状况来控制发动机40和电机30的运行,从而进行使燃料经济性提高的车辆运行。
图2是更为详细地说明图1的电气设备1的结构的图。参照图2,电池11、12均连接在正极线PL和负极线NL上。
升压转换器15根据驱动信号PWC来对正极线PL与负极线NL之间的电压(来自电池11、12的直流电压)进行转换,将其输出到变换器单元20。
变换器单元20包括并联连接在主正母线MPL和主负母线MNL上的变换器20-1、20-2。变换器20-1、20-2各自例如由具有三相的开关元件的桥电路构成。
变换器20-1根据驱动信号PWM1进行开关动作,从而将从升压转换器15输出的直流电力转换为交流电力,向发电机60(参照图1)进行输出。由此,发电机60被驱动。另外,变换器20-1根据驱动信号PWM1进行开关动作,从而将发电机60的发电产生的交流电力转换为直流电力,向升压转换器15进行输出。
变换器20-2根据驱动信号PWM2进行与变换器20-1同样的动作。也就是说,变换器20-2根据驱动信号PWM2驱动电机30(参照图1),或者将电机30的发电产生的交流电力转换为直流电力,向升压转换器15进行输出。
升压转换器15将由变换器20-1、20-2提供的交流电力转换为直流电力,输出到电池11、12。电池11、12通过主正母线MPL和主负母线MNL,从升压转换器15接受直流电力。由此,电池11、12被充电。
平滑电容器C连接在主正母线MPL和主负母线MNL之间,降低主正母线MPL和主负母线MNL中包含的电力变动成分。
温度传感器13检测电池11内部的温度,输出温度值T1。温度传感器14检测电池12内部的温度,输出温度值T2。电压传感器18检测主正母线MPL和主负母线MNL之间的电压值Vh。电流传感器22检测流过正极线PL的电流的电流值Ib(相对于电池11、12进行输入输出的电流值)。电压传感器24检测正极线PL和负极线NL之间的电压值Vb(电池11、12的电压值)。
ECU90包括输入输出控制部96、混合动力控制部92以及发动机控制部98。
输入输出控制部96从电流传感器22接受电流Ib的检测结果,从电压传感器24接受电压Vb的检测结果。输入输出控制部96还分别从温度传感器13、14接受温度值T1、T2,算出温度值T1、T2的差的绝对值、即温度差ΔT。输入输出控制部96存储保持温度差ΔT所需的、用于确定电池11、12的输入电力(或输出电力)的目标值与温度值的关系的映射(map)。输入输出控制部96基于该映射、以及分别从温度传感器13、14接受的温度值T1、T2,来确定电池11、12各自的输入电力(或输出电力)的目标值。
输入输出控制部96在电池11、12充电时,对基于温度值T1、T2、温度差ΔT以及映射而算出的电池11、12的输入电力的目标值求和,来算出输入目标值Win。输入输出控制部96在电池11、12放电时,对基于温度值T1、T2、温度差ΔT以及映射而算出的电池11、12的输出电力的目标值求和,来计算输出目标值Wout。输入输出控制部96将输入目标值Win和输出目标值Wout输出到混合动力控制部92。
发动机控制部98进行发动机40的节气门控制,并且检测发动机40的发动机转速,并输出到混合动力控制部92。
混合动力控制部92接受从未图示的各传感器输出的信号、从车速传感器130输出的表示车速的信号、从加速踏板开度传感器120输出的表示加速踏板开度的信号等,算出车辆的驱动中所要求的功率(总功率)。混合动力控制部92还从输入输出控制部96接受输入目标值Win和输出目标值Wout。
混合动力控制部92基于总功率和输出目标值Wout(或输入目标值Win),判断是使混合动力车辆100进行EV行驶、还是进行HV行驶。EV行驶是指仅利用电机30的驱动力的行驶,HV行驶是指并用了发动机40和电机30的行驶。
混合动力控制部92在使混合动力车辆100进行HV行驶时,算出对发动机要求的转速和对发动机要求的功率。混合动力控制部92向发动机控制部98输出要求转速和要求功率,使发动机控制部98进行发动机40的节气门控制。
混合动力控制部92算出从总功率减去发动机要求功率后所剩余的功率,基于该算出结果和输出目标值Wout(或输入目标值Win),算出发电机60和电机30各自的转矩目标值和转速目标值。
混合动力控制部92从电流传感器22接受电流Ib的检测结果,分别从电压传感器18、24接受电压Vh的检测结果和电压Vb的检测结果。混合动力控制部92生成驱动信号PWM1来控制变换器20-1,使得发电机60的产生转矩和转速分别变为转矩目标值和转速目标值。同样地,混合动力控制部92生成驱动信号PWM2来控制变换器20-2,使得电机30的产生转矩和转速分别变为转矩目标值和转速目标值。混合动力控制部92还基于发电机60和电机30各自的转矩目标值和转速目标值,生成驱动信号PWC并输出到升压转换器15。
这样,混合动力控制部92控制变换器单元20和升压转换器15(根据需要包括发动机40),使得输入到电池11、12的电力、以及从电池11、12输出的电力分别被控制而成为输入目标值Win和输出目标值Wout。
在电池11、12之间内部电阻出现离差的情况下,在内部电阻较小的电池输入输出的电力变大。由此,电池11、12的温度差变大。在多数情况下,电池的内部电阻随着温度变高而变小。因此,例如电池11的内部电阻比电池12的内部电阻小时,优先在电池11输入输出电力。由此,电池11的温度上升量大于电池12的温度上升量。
尤其是在电池输入输出电力时的电流数较高的情况下(例如10C左右),短时间内电池11的温度达到预先确定的上限值。此时,为了保护电池11而要限制电池11的输入输出电力。但是,电池11、12并联连接在升压转换器15上,因此无法单独控制电池11、12的充放电。因此,当限制了电池11的输入输出电力时,在电池11、12的每一个上输入输出的电力的总和会变小。
在本实施方式中,输入输出控制部96基于温度值T1、T2,确定输入目标值Win、输出目标值Wout,使得抑制温度差ΔT变大。由此,能够使电池11、12都输入输出较大的电力。也就是说,根据本实施方式,能够使电池的性能充分发挥,所以能够得到大容量的电源。
以下,对本实施方式的输入输出控制进行更为详细的说明。
当电池11的消耗电力大于电池12的消耗电力时,将会促进电池11的温度上升。由此,电池11的内部电阻进一步变小。在电池11、12的消耗电力的总和保持在恒定值时,电池11的内部电阻将会进一步变小,从而在电池11输入输出的电力会进一步增大,并且在电池12输入输出的电力会进一步变小。因此,电池11、12的温度差增大。
在本实施方式中,限制电池11、12的电力的总和,使得温度差ΔT被保持在预定值(例如5℃)以下。由此,电池11、12的温度上升被抑制。在本实施方式中,尤其是使温度容易上升的(内部电阻小)电池(例如电池11)的温度上升受到抑制,因此能够抑制温度差ΔT的增大。
图3是说明ECU90执行的处理的流程图。参照图3和图2,混合动力控制部92基于加速踏板开度、车速等确定车辆的要求功率、即总功率(步骤S1)。接着,输入输出控制部96分别从温度传感器13、14取得温度值T1、T2(步骤S2),算出温度差ΔT(温度值T1、T2之差的绝对值)(步骤S3)。
在步骤S4中,输入输出控制部96在电池11、12放电时基于温度值T1、T2、温度差ΔT以及映射,确定电池11的输出目标值(第一输出目标值)和电池12的输出目标值(第二输出目标值)。同样地,在步骤S4中,输入输出控制部96在电池11、12充电时基于温度值T1、T2、温度差ΔT以及映射,确定电池11的输入目标值(第一输入目标值)和电池12的输入目标值(第二输入目标值)。
图4是表示在图3的步骤S4的处理中输入输出控制部96参照的映射的图。该映射例如被存储在输入输出控制部96的内部。参照图4,图的纵轴表示输入目标值和输出目标值(单位:kW),图的横轴表示电池温度(单位:℃)。实线k1、k2、k3分别示出温度差ΔT为5℃、10℃、15℃时的电池温度与输入输出电力的限制值的关系。例如依照实线k1所示的关系而确定输入输出电力的目标值时,映射上的区域以实线k1为边界而分为区域RG1和区域RG2。区域RG1表示能够使电池11、12的温度差ΔT保持在预定值(例如5℃)以下的区域。区域RG2表示无法将电池11、12的温度差ΔT保持在预定值(例如5℃)以下的区域。在依照实线k2(或实线k3)所示的关系而确定输入输出功率的目标值时,同样地,映射上的区域以实线k2(或实线k3)为边界而分为区域RG1和区域RG2。
实线k1、k2、k3均示出随着电池温度变高而输入输出电力的目标值的温度变化率变小。当电池温度变高时,内部电阻变低,因此输入输出电力有增加的趋势。由此,电池温度也容易上升。电池温度越高,则通过抑制输入输出电力的目标值的变化就越能够抑制电池温度的进一步上升。
输入输出控制部96基于温度T1和温度差ΔT来确定电池11的输入值(或输出值),使得温度差ΔT变为5℃以下。例如,输入输出控制部96根据实线k1所示的电池温度与输入输出电力的目标值之间的关系,来算出与温度T1对应的输入输出电力的目标值。然后,输入输出控制部96将上述计算结果乘以适当的系数(例如0.9)后得到的值确定为电池11的第一输入目标值(或第一输出目标值)。
输入输出控制部96进一步基于温度T2、温度差ΔT以及映射,采用与算出了第一输入目标值(或第一输出目标值)的方法同样的方法来确定电池12的第二输入目标值(或第二输出目标值)。
输入输出控制部96计算第一输入目标值和第二输入目标值(或第一输出目标值和第二输出目标值)的总和来算出输入目标值Win(或输出目标值Wout)。
在本实施方式中,图4所示的映射对电池11、12共用,但是也可以使用分别与电池11、12对应的2个映射。
返回到图3,混合动力控制部92基于车辆的要求功率和输出目标值Wout(或输入目标值Win),判断是应使混合动力车辆100的行驶为EV行驶还是为HV行驶(步骤S5)。例如,混合动力控制部92基于总功率与输出目标值Wout(或输入目标值Win)之差来确定使混合动力车辆100为EV行驶还是为HV行驶。例如,其差处于预定范围内时,混合动力控制部92使混合动力车辆100进行EV行驶,当不处于预定范围内时,混合动力控制部92使混合动力车辆100进行HV行驶。
混合动力控制部92在EV行驶时,控制变换器20-1、20-2和升压转换器15(步骤S6)。混合动力控制部92在HV行驶时,不是只控制变换器20-1、20-2和升压转换器15,而是也使发动机控制部98进行发动机40的控制(步骤S7)。利用步骤S6、S7的处理,进行控制以使得电池11、12的输入电力(或输出电力)处于输入目标值Win(或输出目标值Wout)的范围内。
(变形例)
图5是表示本实施方式的电气设备的变形例的图。参照图5和图1,混合动力车辆100A在替代电气设备1而具有电气设备1A这一点上与混合动力车辆100不同。电气设备1A与电气设备1的不同点在于,还具有与升压转换器15连接的电池16、以及检测电池16的温度而将温度值T3输出到ECU90的温度传感器17。图5所示的ECU90的结构与图2所示的结构相同,因此在以后的说明中不进行重复。因此,以下适当参照图2来对变形例进行说明。
图6是说明图5的ECU90执行的处理的流程图。参照图6和图2,混合动力控制部92基于加速踏板开度、车速等算出车辆的要求功率(步骤S1)。输入输出控制部96分别从温度传感器13、14、17接收温度值T1、T2、T3(步骤S2A)。输入输出控制部96算出温度值T1、T2之差的绝对值即温度差ΔT1、温度值T2、T3之差的绝对值即温度差ΔT2、以及温度值T3、T1之差的绝对值即ΔT3(步骤S3A)。
输入输出控制部96基于温度值T1、T2、T5、温度差ΔT1、ΔT2、ΔT3、以及图4所示的映射,算出电池11、12、16各自的输入目标值(或输出目标值)。输入输出控制部96计算各电池的输入目标值(或输出目标值)之和来确定输入目标值Win(或输出目标值Wout)(步骤S4A)。步骤S5以后的处理与图3的步骤S5以后的处理相同,因此不重复以后的说明。这样,即使电池的个数为3个或者更多,根据本实施方式,也能够控制输入输出电力以避免多个电池间温度差变大。
根据本实施方式,能够在以高电流数(例如10C)相对于多个电池输入输出电力的情况下,防止仅是特定的电池的温度上升较大。由此,通过限制该电池的输入输出电力,其结果能够防止多个电池整体的输入输出电力变小。因此,根据本实施方式,能够实现搭载有大容量电源的电气设备。
需说明的是,正极线PL和负极线NL构成本发明中的“电力线”,升压转换器15和变换器单元20构成本发明中的“输入输出部”。
应该认为,本次公开的实施方式,在所有方面都只是例示而并非限制性的内容。本发明的范围并不是由上述的说明而是由权利要求所表示,包括与权利要求同等的含义和范围内的所有变更。

Claims (6)

1.一种电气设备,该电气设备搭载在车辆上,包括:
各自可进行充放电的第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置(11、12);
并联连接上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的电力线(PL、NL);
相对于上述电力线(PL、NL)输入输出电力的输入输出部(15、20);
检测上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度的第一温度检测部(13);
检测上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度的第二温度检测部(14);
目标值设定部(96),其基于上述第一温度检测部和上述第二温度检测部(13、14)分别检测到的上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度和上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度、以及上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度差,设定上述电力的目标值,该电力是上述输入输出部(15、20)相对于上述电力线(PL、NL)输入输出的电力;以及
控制部(92),其控制上述输入输出部(15、20),使得上述电力的值变为上述目标值,
上述目标值设定部(96),以通过使上述目标值的温度变化率按照上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度而变化,从而使上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度差保持在预定值以下的方式,设定上述目标值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电气设备,其中,
上述目标值包括输入输出于上述第一蓄电装置(11)的电力的第一目标值、和输入输出于上述第二蓄电装置(12)的电力的第二目标值,
上述目标值设定部(96)预先存储对与上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度对应的上述第一目标值以及与上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度对应的上述第二目标值进行了规定的映射,并且基于上述映射、检测到的上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度、以及上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度差,来设定上述第一目标值和上述第二目标值,使得上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度差处于上述预定值以下。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电气设备,其中,
上述第一目标值相对于上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度的变化率,以随着上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度变高而变小的方式,由上述映射确定,
上述第二目标值相对于上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度的变化率,以随着上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度变高而变小的方式,由上述映射确定。
4.一种电气设备的控制方法,该电气设备搭载在车辆上,包括各自可进行充放电的第一蓄电装置和第二蓄电装置(11、12)、并联连接上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的电力线(PL、NL)、相对于上述电力线(PL、NL)输入输出电力的输入输出部(15、20),该电气设备的控制方法包括:
检测上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度和上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度的步骤(S2);
基于检测到的上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度和上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度、以及上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度差,设定上述电力的目标值的步骤(S4),该电力是上述输入输出部(15、20)相对于上述电力线(PL、NL)输入输出的电力;以及
控制上述输入输出部(15、20),使得上述电力的值变为上述目标值的步骤(S6),
在设定上述目标值的步骤(S4)中,以通过使上述目标值的温度变化率按照上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度而变化,从而使上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度差保持在预定值以下的方式,设定上述目标值。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电气设备的控制方法,其中,
上述目标值包括输入输出于上述第一蓄电装置(11)的电力的第一目标值、和输入输出于上述第二蓄电装置(12)的电力的第二目标值,
在设定上述目标值的步骤(S4)中,基于对与上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度对应的上述第一目标值和与上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度对应的上述第二目标值进行了规定的映射、检测到的上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度、以及上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度差,来设定上述第一目标值和上述第二目标值,使得上述第一蓄电装置和上述第二蓄电装置(11、12)的温度差处于上述预定值以下。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电气设备的控制方法,其中,
上述第一目标值相对于上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度的变化率,以随着上述第一蓄电装置(11)的温度变高而变小的方式,由上述映射确定,
上述第二目标值相对于上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度的变化率,以随着上述第二蓄电装置(12)的温度变高而变小的方式,由上述映射确定。
