Abstract
【解決手段】フッ素系コーティング液を主成分として20〜25℃の温度を維持するコーティング処理溶液に玄武岩糸を1〜2m/分で通過させてその表面をコーティング処理する段階を含む、玄武岩糸の機能性コーティング方法を提供する。

Claims (10)
- PTFE50〜60重量%、非イオン系界面活性剤2〜5重量%、および残部水からなり、20〜25℃の温度に維持されるフッ素系水溶液に玄武岩糸を1〜2m/分の速度で通過させてその表面をコーティング処理する段階と、
前記玄武岩糸のコーティング処理段階の後、そのコーティング処理された玄武岩糸を80〜110℃の温度で乾燥させる段階と、
前記乾燥段階の後、その玄武岩糸を180〜270℃の温度で加熱する段階と、
前記加熱段階の後、360〜420℃の温度で焼結処理する段階とを含むことを特徴とする、玄武岩糸の機能性コーティング方法。 - 前記コーティング処理段階の前に、玄武岩糸を380〜420℃の温度で加熱する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の玄武岩糸の機能性コーティング方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法で製造された玄武岩糸。
- リン系難燃液35〜45重量%、溶媒としてのトルエン50〜59.9重量%、および熱安定剤0.1〜10重量%からなるコーティング処理溶液を95〜105℃に維持しながら、このコーティング処理溶液に副糸を280〜320m/hrの速度で通過させてコーティング処理する段階と、
前記リン系難燃液がコートされた副糸を乾燥させる段階と、
前記乾燥した副糸を玄武岩糸の周囲に巻いて合糸する段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、玄武岩コア糸の機能性コーティング方法。 - 玄武岩糸を主糸とし、その周囲に副糸を巻いて合糸することにより、玄武岩コア糸を製造する段階と、
リン系難燃液35〜45重量%、溶媒としてのトルエン50〜59.9重量%、および熱安定剤0.1〜10重量%からなり、95〜105℃に維持されるコーティング処理溶液に前記玄武岩コア糸を280〜320m/hrの速度で通過させて玄武岩コア糸の外周面をコーティング処理する段階と、
前記リン系難燃液がコートされた玄武岩コア糸を乾燥させる段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、玄武岩コア糸の機能性コーティング方法。 - 請求項4または5のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されることを特徴とする、玄武岩コア糸。
- リン系難燃液35〜45重量%、溶媒としてのトルエン50〜59.9重量%、および熱安定剤0.1〜10重量%からなるコーティング処理溶液を95〜105℃に維持しながら、このコーティング処理溶液に副糸を280〜320m/hrの速度で通過させてコーティング処理する段階と、
前記リン系難燃液がコートされた副糸を乾燥させる段階と、
前記乾燥した副糸を玄武岩糸の周囲に巻いて合糸することにより、玄武岩コア糸を製造する段階と、
前記玄武岩コア糸を緯糸・経糸として製織することにより、玄武岩コア糸の織物を製造する段階と、
シリコン樹脂に非ハロゲン系難燃剤が混合された難燃性シリコン樹脂を前記玄武岩コア糸織物の表面にコートして乾燥させる段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、難燃性シリコン樹脂がコートされた玄武岩コア糸織物の製造方法。 - 玄武岩糸を主糸とし、その周囲に副糸を巻いて合糸することにより、玄武岩コア糸を製造する段階と、
リン系難燃液35〜45重量%、溶媒としてのトルエン50〜59.9重量%、および熱安定剤0.1〜10重量%からなるコーティング処理溶液を95〜105℃に維持しながら、このコーティング処理溶液に玄武岩コア糸を280〜320m/hrの速度で通過させてコーティング処理する段階と、
前記リン系難燃液がコートされた玄武岩コア糸を乾燥させる段階と、
前記乾燥した玄武岩コア糸を緯・経糸として製織することにより、玄武岩コア糸織物を製造する段階と、
シリコン樹脂に非ハロゲン系難燃剤が混合された難燃性シリコン樹脂を前記玄武岩コア糸織物の表面にコートして乾燥させる段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、難燃性シリコン樹脂がコートされた玄武岩コア糸織物の製造方法。 - 前記副糸は綿糸であることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の難燃性シリコン樹脂がコートされた玄武岩コア糸織物の製造方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする、難燃性シリコン樹脂がコートされた玄武岩コア糸織物。
