Claims (14)
- 外科用針と、
前記外科用針の内部に設置される着脱可能なマンドレルと、
医療用測位システム(MPS)センサが前記着脱可能なマンドレルの先端に設置され、前記MPSセンサがMPSに連結され、前記MPSが電磁場発生装置に連結され、前記電磁場発生装置が電磁場を発生させ、前記電磁場に基づいて前記MPSセンサが出力を生成し、前記MPSが前記MPSセンサの前記出力に基づいて前記MPSの各座標系における前記着脱可能なマンドレルの前記先端の位置を確認し、前記MPSが前記位置の各示度を生じ、前記外科用針が標的臓器へ進むことを可能にすることを備える外科用針システム。 - 前記外科用針が前記標的臓器から体液試料を回収するために適していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記外科用針が治療物質を前記標的臓器へ注入するために敵していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記外科用針が使い捨て可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記MPSセンサがMPSハウジング内に設置され、前記MPSハウジングが円柱の形態をしていることと、
前記MPSハウジングが前記着脱可能なマンドレルの前記先端に堅固に連結されることと、
前記MPSハウジングが前記患者の前記身体の前記好ましくない身体物質の外科用針への
入を阻止し、前記外科用針が前記標的臓器へ進められることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記MPSセンサがMPSハウジング内に設置され、前記MPSハウジングが管の形態をしていることと、
前記MPSハウジングが前記着脱可能なマンドレルの遠位端において前記着脱可能なマンドレルの外面に堅固に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記MPSハウジングの内径が前記着脱可能なマンドレルの外径と実質上同じであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記MPSハウジングの外径が前記着脱可能なマンドレルの外径と実質上同じであることと、
前記着脱可能なマンドレルがその遠位部に受け口を含むことと、
前記MPSハウジングが前記受け口内部に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記MPSセンサがMPSハウジング内に設置され、前記MPSハウジングが接着剤の形態をしていて前記MPSセンサを被覆することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記着脱可能なマンドレルが中実の棒の形態をしていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記着脱可能なマンドレルが管の形態をしていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記MPSセンサが前記着脱可能なマンドレルの外面に巻かれた導電性コイルの形態をしていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記MPSセンサに連結されるプロセッサと、
画像源が前記プロセッサに連結され、前記画像源が前記標的臓器の臓器画像を含むことと、
前記プロセッサに連結されるディスプレイをさらに備え、
前記出力に基づいて前記プロセッサが前記MPSセンサの前記位置を確認することと、
前記プロセッサが前記臓器画像上に前記位置の表現の重複像を生じることと
前記ディスプレイが前記重複像を表示することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記着脱可能なマンドレルの前記先端に設置される放射線不透過性マーカをさらに備え、前記ディスプレイが前記標的臓器の画像上に前記放射線不透過性マーカの画像を表示することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
