Claims (13)
- コーヒー、ミルクおよびフォームドミルクからカフェ・ラッテ・マキアートを調製するための方法であって、
前記フォームドミルクの少なくとも一部はコーヒー注入前に少なくとも超音波周波数帯域を含む振動の印加により励振されるカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製方法。 - 前記振動の周波数範囲は1Hz乃至1GHzである請求項1に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製方法。
- 前記フォームドミルクの励振は受け容器内で行われる請求項1又は2記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製方法。
- 前記受け容器は飲用容器である請求項3に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製方法。
- 前記フォームドミルクの励振は別個の受け容器内で行われ、続いて、前記フォームドミルクの励振実施後に液体ミルクとフォームドミルクが飲用容器に注ぎ出され、さらに当該飲用容器にコーヒーが注ぎ加えられる請求項1又は2に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製方法。
- 前記励振は別個の受け容器内で一括処理によって行われる請求項5に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製方法。
- 前記励振は別個の受け容器内で逐次処理によって行われる請求項5に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製方法。
- 前記励振は0.5秒乃至20秒間、好ましくは1秒乃至6秒間にわたって行われる請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製方法。
- コーヒーユニットとミルクユニットとからなり、前記コーヒーユニットはコーヒーの供給に使用され、前記ミルクユニットは少なくともフォームドミルクの供給に使用される、カフェ・ラッテ・マキアートを調製するための装置であって、
前記フォームドミルクの励振手段が備えられているカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製装置。 - 前記励振手段は前記フォームドミルクを少なくとも超音波周波数帯域を含む振動の印加によって励振させる請求項9に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製装置。
- 前記励振手段は、1Hz乃至1GHzの範囲内の振動が生ずるように制御される請求項9又は10に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製装置。
- 前記励振手段は前記フォームドミルクを無接触で励振する請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製装置。
- 前記励振手段は前記フォームドミルクを収容する容器に連結されている請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のカフェ・ラッテ・マキアート調製装置。
