Abstract
【解決手段】外側継手部材1は、内周面に軸方向に延びる3つのトラック溝11を有し、トラニオン2は、ボス軸21の円周方向三等分位置から半径方向に突出した柱状のトラニオンジャーナル22を有する。トラニオンジャーナル22を、縦断面においてはストレート形状とし、横断面においては、継手円周方向に長軸を有する楕円形状とする。このトラニオンジャーナル22は、焼入鋼のドライ切削によって形成する。トラニオンジャーナル22の回りに回転自在に嵌合するローラカセット3は、ローラ31と、インナーリング32と、ローラ31とインナーリング32との間に挟持された複数の針状ころ33を有する。

Claims (6)
- 焼入鋼のドライ切削によってワークを非円形状に加工することを特徴とする加工方法。
- 請求項1に記載の加工方法において、
上記非円形状は楕円形状であることを特徴とする加工方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の加工方法によって加工されたトラニオンジャーナルを有するトラニオン。
- 請求項3に記載のトラニオンと、
軸方向に延びる3つのトラック溝が内周部に形成され、各トラック溝の両側にそれぞれ軸方向に延びるローラ案内面を有する外側継手部材と、
上記トラック溝に挿入され、上記ローラ案内面に沿って継手軸方向に転動可能なローラとを備え、
上記トラニオンは、上記トラニオンジャーナルが半径方向に突出して3つ形成されており、上記各トラニオンジャーナルに上記ローラが回転自在に取り付けられていることを特徴とするトリポード型等速自在継手。 - 請求項4に記載のトリポード型等速自在継手において、
上記トラニオンジャーナルに外嵌して上記ローラを回転自在に支持するインナーリングを備え、
上記インナーリングの内周面を円弧状凸断面に形成すると共に、上記トラニオンジャーナルの外周面を、縦断面においてはストレート形状とし、かつ、横断面においては、継手円周方向の径が継手軸方向の径より大きい非円形状としたことを特徴とする等速自在継手。 - 請求項4に記載のトリポード型等速自在継手において、
上記トラニオンジャーナルに外嵌して上記ローラを回転自在に支持するインナーリングを備え、
上記トラニオンジャーナルの外周面の少なくとも一部を凸球面としたことを特徴とする等速自在継手。
