Abstract
【解決手段】軟磁性粉末に熱可塑性樹脂粉末を配合し、混合して原料粉末を作製する原料粉末混合工程と、原料粉末を所望の形状に圧粉成形して成形体を作製する成形工程と、成形体を前記熱可塑性樹脂の溶融開始温度以上に加熱する樹脂溶融硬化工程とからなる圧粉磁心の製造方法において、樹脂溶融硬化工程の後、熱可塑性樹脂のDSC分析における発熱反応開始温度以上かつ吸熱反応開始温度以下の温度に加熱する樹脂結晶化工程を追加して、圧粉磁心の熱可塑性樹脂中に残留する未結晶化部分を全て結晶化する。

Claims (7)
- 軟磁性粉末に熱可塑性樹脂粉末を配合し、混合して原料粉末を作製する原料粉末混合工程と、
前記原料粉末を所望の形状に圧粉成形して成形体を作製する成形工程と、
前記成形体を前記熱可塑性樹脂の溶融開始温度以上に加熱して樹脂を溶融した後、常温まで冷却して前記溶融した樹脂を硬化させる樹脂溶融硬化工程と、
前記樹脂溶融硬化工程の後、前記熱可塑性樹脂のDSC分析における発熱反応開始温度以上かつ吸熱反応開始温度以下の温度に加熱した後、常温まで冷却する樹脂結晶化工程と、
からなることを特徴とする圧粉磁心の製造方法。 - 前記軟磁性粉末は、表面に絶縁被膜を形成されている粉末を用い、前記樹脂溶融硬化工程を窒素ガスもしくは不活性ガス雰囲気中で行うとともに、前記樹脂結晶化工程を大気雰囲気中で行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
- 軟磁性粉末に熱可塑性樹脂粉末を配合し、混合して原料粉末を作製する原料粉末混合工程と、
前記原料粉末を所望の形状に圧粉成形して成形体を作製する成形工程と、
前記成形体を前記熱可塑性樹脂の溶融開始温度以上に加熱して樹脂を溶融するとともに、前記加熱後の冷却時に前記熱可塑性樹脂のDSC分析における発熱反応開始温度以下かつ発熱反応終了温度以上の温度範囲で保持した後、常温まで冷却する樹脂溶融硬化工程と、
からなることを特徴とする圧粉磁心の製造方法。 - 前記軟磁性粉末は、表面に絶縁被膜を形成されている粉末を用い、前記樹脂溶融硬化工程において、前記加熱を窒素ガスもしくは不活性ガス雰囲気中で行うとともに、前記冷却時において少なくとも前記熱可塑性樹脂の発熱反応開始温度以下の温度範囲の前記保持および冷却を大気雰囲気で行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
- 軟磁性粉末に熱可塑性樹脂粉末を配合し、混合して原料粉末を作製する原料粉末混合工程と、
前記原料粉末を所望の形状に圧粉成形して成形体を作製する成形工程と、
前記成形工程の後、前記熱可塑性樹脂のDSC分析における発熱反応開始温度以上かつ吸熱反応開始温度以下の温度に加熱した後、常温まで冷却する樹脂結晶化工程と、
からなることを特徴とする圧粉磁心の製造方法。 - 前記軟磁性粉末は、表面に絶縁被膜を形成されている粉末を用い、前記樹脂結晶化工程を大気雰囲気中で行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂がメジアン径で50μm以下の粉末であって、添加量が0.005〜5体積%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
