Abstract
【解決手段】 上底吹き機能を有する転炉型精錬炉4を用いて、スクラップ18を溶解しながら溶銑2の脱燐処理を行うに際し、前記精錬炉で連続して行われる脱燐処理のうちで、スクラップ配合比率が10%以上である脱燐処理を1チャージ目として脱燐処理を実施し、この脱燐処理後に未溶解のスクラップを溶銑の一部及びスラグ3とともに前記精錬炉内に残したまま溶銑を出湯し、次いで、2チャージ目として溶銑のみを前記精錬炉に装入してこの溶銑に脱燐処理を施し、この脱燐処理後、溶銑を出湯した後にスラグを前記精錬炉から排出し、このスラグの排出後に、再度、前記1チャージ目及び前記2チャージ目と同様の脱燐処理を繰り返し実施する。

Claims (3)
- 上底吹き機能を有する転炉型精錬炉を用いて、スクラップを溶解しながら溶銑の脱燐処理を行うに際し、前記精錬炉で連続して行われる脱燐処理のうちで、下記の(1)式で定義されるスクラップ配合比率が10%以上である脱燐処理を1チャージ目として脱燐処理を実施し、この脱燐処理後に未溶解のスクラップを溶銑の一部及びスラグとともに前記精錬炉内に残したまま溶銑を出湯し、次いで、2チャージ目として溶銑のみを前記精錬炉に装入してこの溶銑に脱燐処理を施し、この脱燐処理後、溶銑を出湯した後にスラグを前記精錬炉から排出し、このスラグの排出後に、再度、前記1チャージ目及び前記2チャージ目と同様の脱燐処理を繰り返し実施することを特徴とする、転炉型精錬炉における溶銑の脱燐処理方法。

スクラップ装入量×100/(溶銑装入量+スクラップ装入量)…(1) - 前記スクラップは、厚みまたは幅が40mm以上で且つ単重が100kg以上の重量スクラップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の転炉型精錬炉における溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
- 前記1チャージ目の脱燐処理後に、前記転炉型精錬炉を一旦反出湯口側に倒炉して炉口からスラグの一部を流出させた後、直ちに出湯口側に倒炉して出湯口から溶銑を出湯することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の転炉型精錬炉における溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
