Abstract
【解決手段】素線4は被覆部によって被覆されて電線を構成する。素線4は材料導体15が引抜加工を三回施されて曲げ伸ばし型14の屈曲した通し孔16内に通されて得られる。通し孔16内で材料導体15が一旦屈曲されて伸長粒が分断されて結晶粒が微細な等軸粒となる。素線4全体を構成する結晶粒は微細な等軸粒である。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも一本が絶縁性の被覆部によって被覆されることで電線を構成する金属で構成された素線において、
全体を構成する結晶粒が、微細な等軸粒であることを特徴とする素線。 - 材料導体が、引抜加工を施されて、縮径された後に、曲げ加工を長手方向に沿って連続して施されて、得られたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の素線。
- 前記引抜加工を連続して複数回施されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の素線。
- 引抜加工が施された材料導体が、該材料導体の長手方向に移動されながら屈曲した通し孔内に通されて、曲げ加工を長手方向に沿って連続して施されたことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3記載の素線。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の素線を少なくとも一本有した芯線と、
前記芯線を被覆した被覆部と、を備えたことを特徴とする電線。 - 少なくとも一本が絶縁性の被覆部によって被覆されることで電線を構成する金属で構成された素線の製造方法において、
材料導体に引抜加工を施して、縮径した後に、曲げ加工を長手方向に沿って連続して施して、前記素線を得ることを特徴とする素線の製造方法。
