Claims (6)
- 少なくとも一本が絶縁性の被覆部によって被覆されることで電線を構成する金属で構成された素線において、
前記金属は、銅、銅を含んだ銅合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウムを含んだアルミニウム合金、のうちいずれかの非アモルファス金属で構成され、
当該素線の断面において所定の面積内の結晶粒のうち80%以上を構成する結晶粒は、その最大寸法が1μm以下の微細な等軸粒であることを特徴とする素線。 - 材料導体が、引抜加工を施されて、縮径された後に、曲げ加工を長手方向に沿って連続して施されて、得られたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の素線。
- 前記引抜加工を連続して複数回施されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の素線。
- 引抜加工が施された材料導体が、該材料導体の長手方向に移動されながら屈曲した通し孔内に通されて、曲げ加工を長手方向に沿って連続して施されたことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3記載の素線。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の素線を少なくとも一本有した芯線と、
前記芯線を被覆した被覆部と、を備えたことを特徴とする電線。 - 少なくとも一本が絶縁性の被覆部によって被覆されることで電線を構成する金属で構成された素線の製造方法において、
前記金属は、銅、銅を含んだ銅合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウムを含んだアルミニウム合金、のうちいずれかの非アモルファス金属で構成され、
材料導体に引抜加工を施して、縮径した後に、曲げ加工を長手方向に沿って連続して施して、前記素線の断面において所定の面積内の結晶粒のうち80%以上を構成する結晶粒が等軸粒であり、かつ、該結晶粒の最大寸法が1μm以下とされた前記素線を得ることを特徴とする素線の製造方法。
