Description
特定周辺部の硬度が中心部よりも10%以上低下している、即ち、特定周辺部の硬度が中
心部の硬度の90%以下になっていることで、特定径方向の過半の範囲を特定周辺部とす
ることができ、軟化した特定周辺部によって金属線材の延性の向上をより確実に図ること
ができる。
辺部よりも高い反対周辺部を備えることで、軸直交断面において、中心部を挟んで特定周
辺部側と反対周辺部側とで硬度が不均一、即ち中心軸に対して非対称な硬度分布を有する
ことで、金属線材の強度と延性をバランスよく向上させることができる。
部よりも高くなった材料金属に対して二次加工を施すことで、伸線加工によって硬くなっ
た周辺部のうち、特に特定周辺部を軟化させることによって延性を向上させることができ
る。
度を高めるとともに特定周辺部の硬度を10%以上低下させることで、金属線材の強度を
高めつつ延性を向上させることができる。
2 材料金属
Claims (5)
- 結晶粒径が1μm以下の超微細金属組織を有する金属線材を一又は複数備えた電線であって、
前記金属線材が、軸直交断面において、中心部から特定径方向の特定周辺部に向かって硬度が低下した硬度分布を備えたことを特徴とする電線。 - 中心から少なくとも半径の1/2を超えた外縁側において、前記特定周辺部の硬度が前記中心部よりも10%以上低下していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線。
- 中心部から前記特定周辺部と径方向の反対側に位置する反対周辺部の硬度が、前記中心部の硬度の±10%の範囲であり、かつ、前記特定周辺部の硬度よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電線。
- 結晶粒径が1μm以下の超微細金属組織を有する金属線材を製造する金属線材の製造方法であって、
伸線加工によって金属線材の径方向の周辺部の硬度を中心部よりも高くする工程と、前記伸線加工後に施す二次加工によって前記中心部から特定径方向の特定周辺部の硬度を前記中心部よりも低下させる工程と、を含むことを特徴とする金属線材の製造方法。 - 前記二次加工後における前記中心部の硬度が該二次加工前よりも高く、前記二次加工後における前記特定周辺部の硬度が該二次加工前よりも10%以上低下していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の金属線材の製造方法。
