Abstract
【解決手段】 本プッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータは、電流トランスと直列接続した主電源トランスを使用する。2つのトランスの2次側を介して流れる2次電流が電流駆動トランスの1次側にフィードバックされて、2つのスイッチを駆動するための電流が発生する。その駆動電流は主電源トランスの2次側の2次電流に比例する。

1,NE2)と2つの二次巻線(NS1,NS2)(NC1,NC2)を有する。主電源トランス(T1)の入力巻線(NP1,NP2)は、スイッチング・トランジスタ(Q1)(Q2)を介して、電流駆動トランス(T2)の1次巻線(NE1,NE2)にそれぞれ直列に接続されて、2つの一次ブランチ(11)(12)を形成する。主電源トランス(T1)の出力巻線(NS1,NS2)は同様に、出力ダイオード(D1)(D2)を介して、電流駆動トランス(T2)の2次巻線(NC1,NC2)にそれぞれ直列に接続されて、2つの二次ブランチ(13)(14)を形成する。
ある点で、コンバータの出力電圧(Vout)は設定点(主トランスのターン比によって)に達して、出力ダイオード(D1)(D2)の接合キャパシタンスによって出力電圧が少々上昇する。これは時には、トランジスタ(Q1)(Q2)が完全にオンされても、二次ブランチ(13)(14)には電流がない状態になる。この場合、二次電流はなくて、トランジスタ(Q1)(Q2)を駆動する1次電流がなくて、コンバータは振動停止す
る。コンバータを再スイッチングさせるためには再起動が必要である。
Claims (9)
- 1次側と2次側とを有する主電源トランスと、
1次側と、主電源トランスの2次側と直列に接続された2次側と、を有する電流駆動トランスであって、主電源トランスと電流駆動トランスとの2次側を介して流れる2次電流が電流駆動トランスの1次側にフィードバックされて、2つの主スイッチに駆動電流を供給し、同駆動電流は主電源トランスの2次側の2次電流に比例する、前記電流駆動トランスと、
からなるプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。 - 2つの1次巻線を備える1次側であって、主電源トランスの1次巻線はそれぞれ、1次スイッチを介して電流駆動トランスの1次巻線に直列に接続されて、2つの1次ブランチを形成する請求項1に記載のプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。
- 2つの2次巻線を備える2次側であって、主電源トランスの2次巻線はそれぞれ、2つの出力ダイオードを介して電流駆動トランスの2次巻線に直列に接続されて、2つの2次ブランチを形成する請求項2に記載のプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。
- 前記1次スイッチはNPNパワーBJTトランジスタである請求項3に記載のプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。
- クランプ素子が電流トランスの2次巻線に並列に接続されている請求項4に記載のプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。
- 前記クランプ素子はダイオードである請求項5に記載のプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。
- 前記クランプ素子は電流トランスの1次側に並列で接続されている請求項4に記載のプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。
- 前記クランプ素子はツェナーダイオードである請求項7に記載のプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。
- 抵抗体が、各1次スイッチのエミッタと電流駆動トランスのそれぞれの1次巻線との間に接続されている請求項4に記載のプッシュ‐プル型電力コンバータ。
