Abstract

Claims (5)
- (a) 遠位部分(28)と近位端と前記遠位部分と近位端との間と連通する内腔(15)を有するスリーブ(13)と、
(b) 縦方向に延在する内部通路(12)を有する管状フレーム(11)と
を有し、
前記スリーブの内腔(15)は、前記フレームの通路(12)と連通し、
前記スリーブ(13)の近位端は、前記管状フレームの周囲に配置され、該管状フレームに沿って少なくとも部分的に延在し、
前記スリーブの遠位部分(28)は、前記フレームの端部(14)から延在し、
前記管状フレーム(11)方向からの第1圧力の流体(16)は、前記スリーブ(13)の内腔(15)を通り、
前記スリーブの内腔(15)は、前記スリーブ(13)の外側からの流体の第2の圧力に応答して、つぶれ、
前記スリーブの遠位部分(28)は、前記スリーブ(13)の外側からの流体の前記第2の圧力より大きい第3の圧力に応答して、前記管状フレーム(11)の内部通路(12)内に反転して入り込み、
前記管状フレーム(11)は人体組織内部の設置を必要とする位置に位置決めされる
ことを特徴とする逆流防止食道用プロテーゼ。 - 前記管状フレーム(11)が、前記管状フレームに沿って配置された複数のステント(19)を含み、
前記スリーブ(13)が、前記ステントの少なくとも1つの周囲に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。 - 前記複数のステントが、前記フレームの前記端部の周囲に配置された第1の朝顔形ステント(20)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプロテーゼ。 - 前記複数のステントが、前記フレームの他方端(22)の周囲に配置された第2の朝顔形ステント(21)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプロテーゼ。 - 前記スリーブ(13)および管状フレーム(11)を、送出カテーテル(46)内に折り畳んだ状態で、送出カテーテル(46)により人体内の所定の位置にプロテーゼを配置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4に記載のプロテーゼ。
